One of the worst Pizzas I have had in a while. Tasteless with thin sparse toppings. There was a time when these pizzas used to be tasty with stringy cheese and plenty of toppings. But sadly that time has passed. Half of this one went in the bin. Show details
No matter what I do they end up with more oil than Saudi Arabia. The taste can be best described as greasy, soggy, blandness. When cutting a slice the bottom feels crisp but the top looks soggy, then when actually going to eat a slice you could literally tip the slice forward and see a pile of grease leak from it. just tasting like lard mixed with sodium. After having a couple slices I felt absolutely revolting, like I drank a cup of deep fryer oil.
Gruesomely gross – Truly disgusting. Every X number of years I try one of these things. Maybe my memory needs the occasional reinforcement of how truly repulsive these things are. I managed two bites .... and had to choke those down. Mostly dough, some cheese with a small scattering of alleged pepperoni. This isn't a great loss. The piece I picked off of the pizza was vile. A single person could eat this – Please don't call it family size when the circumference has shrunk this much due to cutting costs. Not worth the money. This is a standard size pizza tray I placed it on. It's almost insulting to write that it could feed 4 people (4 servings). False advertising.
Did they start the advertised “generous topping” and then forget to finish it?? – When you buy a family pepperoni pizza that advertises on its box “generous topping” and you get 5 slices of pepperoni. It’s pretty poor!! They are costly pizzas. I won’t be buying again.
