Poor quality and failed zips – Very poor quality the zips are cheap the stiching has all failed around the zips and the zips themselves just pull apart eventually recieved a replacement where the zips have just done exactly the same extremely poor quality bags don't bother

spilled in the front compartment of the backpack. It didn't leak from my bag but and did eventually seep through to the rest of the back (after about 1hour on the train). It reached my laptop in which I was worried would be damage. It did go through and the laptop was slightly damp, however it worked perfectly fine and I couldn't be more pleased. Not to mention the customer service I received from Tony in Victoria was exceptional. There was a slight kink which wasn't too bad but after talking to Tony he happy replaced it and even followed me up when life got a bit hectic. I really appreciate this as no many other companies would personally follow you up when you have an issue. I would definitely recommend this product and supplier.
It is a waste of my money – The product has a big gap in the main compartment, and not seal between the lunchbox compartment and the main compartment. Talked to customer service, and they did not take the feedback positively. space. You need to rearrange your backpack every single time that you want to put something into the lunchbox compartment. It is like buying a backpack to give you more trouble.
Terrible quality – The vegan leather scuffs/peels within days of use and the zippers are poor quality and stop connecting together within 2 weeks of use. The inside of the bag collapses (only held together by sagging velcro). Customer service refuses to replace despite photos showing faulty zippers/material after 15 days of purchase.

Very happy with this product. The zip did start glitching 10 months in and I spoke to Tony who was absolutely amazing and very helpful. I felt very looked after and have recommended this product to others at work who are happy with theirs!

Website claims it will keep food cold and provides an ice pack. By lunchtime, despite the frozen pack and all food being put in cold, everything was tepid. Mealami wont take it back and suggested I add another ice pack. It already weighs a ton so this would make it way too heavy to carry. Pity they wouldn't consider a refund so now I need to try and sell it .
Great bag, not great for me – The bag is convenient but for a short girl, the mini meal management pro is not it. It’s too heavy on its own, and too much rigid so when wearing on ur shoulder, it’s uncomfortable. I wish I was able to return but can’t. Will sell it elsewhere.
Shocking customer service – I ordered a bag for my husband for his birthday, $200 + and recieved it and it was a female bag. When I contacted them and asked for an exchange they declined and pointed all the blame on me for not seeing the picture properly even though it doesn't state on the ad that it's a female bag or even unisex. [Name Removed] was rude and unhelpful. Wasted money and time. And now my husband doesn't have a birthday gift.

Fantastic customer service. I emailed in regard to an issue with my bag that I was gifted. The bag itself is incredible, I absolutely love it and did not want to part with it. They replied literally within a couple of hours and sorted out the issue. Communication was easy and efficient. The product is 10/10 and have recommended to everyone and would purchase again and again. Love that their range is expanding also to allow for different options.

Using the ice brick keeps everything nice and cool all day (I use 2 on extra hot days, just as a precaution, probably not needed but I do it anyway).
Very happy with this bag: I was so sick and tired of lugging multiple bags to work. It is functional, sturdy and to top it off looks nice too. Had a small issue but the company were prompt with contact and resolved my issue.

Perfect bag!!! – I love my tote bag, such amazing quality and spacious. Fits my laptop perfectly and has little pockets on the side and inside of the bag for all my small things so everything is perfectly organised. Stylish to.

Amazing product! Absolutely love it – I’ve had my Mealami bag for about 2 years and I rarely leave the house without it! Just recently purchased the silicone containers and it makes meal prepping so much easier because of how easy they are to clean! Would recommend Mealami to anyone.
Not happy-do not waste your money – I brought a bag back in march and my bags zippers are faulty they just come apart after you close them. corners and some edges. Bag hasn't been in contact with any rough surfaces and is only used to take to work in an office environment a few days a week. The bag is also already losing its shape and is sagging so much that the compartments aren't maintaining their shape and the front zip and difficult to use. Really expected higher quality. Initially, the strap broke on first use but customer service replaced this which was appreciated. Customer service regarding the overall quality of the product has been abysmal with the company refusing any action and denying any responsibility on their part.
