This company is a pack of frauds – Booked and paid for a car detailing and they have never shown up . Don’t answer the phone or messages .

Time waster AVOID – Made an appointment with him to come out and detail our car, over the phone everything was great and seemed like he was a great guy and it was all really straight forward - he was booked to be at our place at 12:30.. never showed up, tried calling him a few times and never answered.. Looking at other reviews now i see this is a pattern - AVOID!

Don't waste your time – Booking was confirmed over the phone, then via text message, for 7am later the same week. 7am came, passed, the whole day passed, no one turned up or even called. Waste of time, no customer service. Do not book with them. I wasted my time, don't waste yours too. I am glad they didn't touch my car.

Got Scammed – Expected a claybar treatment and a cut and polish. He squirted the car and wiped off the dust. Then took off. I was working but my neighbor said he sat in his car most of the time he was there. The car was so bad I had to bring it to car lovers and clean it myself. He better hope I don't see him on the road!!

Total fraud to scam your money – Stay away everyone. These people are nothing more than a scam designed to defraud you of your money with their genuine looking website. If you are lucky you will make just a booking and they wont turn up because you haven't paid any money. Unreliable – Contacted Melbourne prestige detailing a week ago for ultimate detail. He turned up late didn't knock on the door and then went to another job. Wasted my time! Glad he didn't touch my car- poor customer service.

Scam, Cheater and Totally Unprofessional – Please never never get trapped into this scam and team of cheaters. story. It happened to me twice because I thought they may have a genuine problem. Be assured, they will waste your time and your job will remain cancelled. STRONGLY AVOID!
