Don’t buy the new stainless range. It gets warm in a heartbeat as no insulation. Also condensation on outside quickly and can’t sit it on your desk or against work books. The plastic range I have used for years. Just extremely disappointed in the cost and ineffectiveness of the stainless drink bottles. Asked to return for refund and told no.

stock. Strange as its still showing as available on the site. Shady business accepting orders without letting customers know what the shipping time frame is and that they dont actually have stock. For something quite expensive you do expect better customer service.

It looks nice on the website but it is not really to go everywhere as the slogan says. I used it at the gym and it scratches so easily. I won’t repurchase and should have read these reviews first

something acidic or left water in there. Despite repeated corrections I got nowhere. So an expensive gamble on a poorly designed, low quality product. So so many better choices out there so don’t waste your money.

No after sales service whatsoever! – If I could give negative stars I would! I should have heeded the advice here rather than be swayed by those on other platforms! Totally rubbish products, hiding behind a good cause and ZERO after sales service. Like many here, I tried to contact them with no response. Avoid at all cost! You will be disappointed and frustrated.

Easily broken – The neck point between the cap and the rest of the bottle is extremely fragile. It snaps off easily when dropped. I have broken two with no trouble. This is an expensive and critical design flaw. Looks good, particularly with the sleeve, but it's a waste of money.

Didn’t post the item and ignored messages – The company advertised a guaranteed Christmas delivery if ordered by 20 Dec. I ordered 13 Dec and paid for express post. Memobottle charged me immediately but didn’t post the order and ignored my messages chasing up when my order would ship. date (23 Dec) so was never going to meet their supposed guarantee. I paid $180 for Christmas gifts which didn’t arrive and had to buy alternative gifts a day before Christmas. What was worse is they ignored messages asking about my order and left me without Christmas gifts. So disappointed as I was looking forward to buying from an Australian small business.

Avoid Memobottle at any cost! – Avoid purchasing from Memobottle—the reviews here speak volumes. We have contacted the ACCC, who are aware of their practices and confirmed with us. If you have experienced issues with their products or pricing or service, please report them. The more reports submitted, the sooner the ACCC can take action.

No after sales service – On the 5th December I ordered 2 stainless steel memobottles as Christmas presents for family. The $194 was deducted from bank account but no packing or shipping info from the company was forth coming. It is now the 13th December and it is evident the parcel will not arrive by Christmas. I have had no response to email or message. The lesson here is if a company doesn’t have a contact phone number don’t go there.

You are buying a paper size gimmick and marketing strategy wrapped around an inconveniently shaped tin – I honestly dont know who gave memobottles more than 1 or 2 stars. at least invest in an insulation so when you store the bottle it doesnt make everything around it moist and wet - unbelievable. I am utterly shocked this is sold as premium, people rating it 4 and 5 stars yet it performs worst than some cheap kmart bottles.

Terrible smelly bottles – Loved the shape but it didn't take long for the plastic bottles to smell. Not even by a little, but by a lot. Bottles smells, mouth area and lid smells and I wash them regularly! I've tried soaking, hot water, lots of soap; there's always a lingering smell. And if course it doesn't take long for the bottle to make the water stink and taste awful. What a waste of money. It's just a musty vessel.

Bunch of frauds – My bottle starting leaking after only having it for a few weeks and I sent them an email but no reply. I keep sending them emails but they don’t respond. I even CC’d the owners into the emails but still no reply. There is no phone number that I can find. I can’t believe how bad the quality of the bottles are and also how terrible the customer service is. Please don’t buy from these people.

Such poor customer service – I hadn’t had my bottle for very long before it leaked through my bag, making it soaking wet and ruining my paperwork and other items. I have been trying to get hold of them for over a month and they still haven’t replied to any of my emails. I then msged them on social media but they blocked me. I’m so upset that I wasted my money buying from this company that doesn’t care at all about their customers :(

Appalling and possibly dangerous QC – I purchased an A5 steel memobottle. Soon I noticed it was leaking chronically in my bag and if lying flat. to pour water without splashing). Today, instead of drinking from the bottle I poured into a cup and it looked weird. And there were floaties. I assumed that the cup was dirty and washed it and then repoured only to find yellow water. I don't know what the harms are from drinking rusty or otherwise contaminated water but I am concerned. I am also extremely surprised as my bottle has been kept in near immaculate condition. The price, and the water leave me feeling quite nauseous. I look forward to hearing from CS about this but thought I should post somewhere as the product concerns me.

Scam company! – My bottle is faulty and they are impossible to get in contact with. They don’t reply to emails and don’t care about their customers at all. Don’t buy from this company, they’re just selling extremely low quality products at ridiculous prices.

Terrible customer service! – Very poor customer service! The silicone ring kept falling out of the lid and it leaked all through my bag, soaking everything in it. It is still in the warranty period but they won’t respond to my emails. I have sent 10 emails over the last month and so far no response.

Dodgy company-buyer beware – Had the worst experience with memobottle- I received a desk stand and silicon sleeve for the slim drink bottle, both of which had faults. After sending memobottle pictures of the faults they informed me all I could get back was 30% on the full price I paid. I was at a loss how this company would not offer a replacement or full refund when these items were clearly faulty before they were shipped.

I pushed back requesting for this and was told I could pay for the return shipping but would probably still not get a full refund as the defects were only cosmetic and the products would still serve their intended purchase! So a full refund isn't going to happen if the products looks like crap! And if by some miracle after paying shipping and sending it back the company grants me a full refund it will take 5 weeks to come through.

At this point I told them I'd take the 30% refund, and promptly threw all items in the rubbish. Could not recommend memobottle any less, shoddy products and crappy customer service.

can confirm it stinks – The plastic inside the cap stinks. Every sip you can taste the plastic smell. I have washed the cap with all sorts of detergents but it still stinks as usual. I have contacted their customer service. No response at all. Don't buy it it's not worth it.

T2 sells better stainless steel bottles – I bought A7 black stainless steel bottle and from the first day the rubber seal from the cap fell off. The bottle insulates hot water for 1hour or less lollll. What a rubbish. I stopped using this after a few days because it was such a bad flask to keep hot tea and I went to T2 to buy black flask. It is So much better!!

Waste of money – The bottle was doing it's job for exactly 5 months. After that I noticed that the neck started to leak. I never dropped, so I'm not sure how this happened, but this is not what you expect from a $50 bottle. The customer service is useless, they didn't want to help in any way. Save your money and buy a much cheaper steel bottle - just search for 'flask' on Google.

Customer service no existent – There is ZERO customer service here. Supposedly ships within 2-6business days. 3 weeks & nil shipping notification. No phone number to call. No response to emails or Instagram. Not good enough!

Customer Support? – Aah, ok. Going by some other reviews I shouldn't hold my breath whilst waiting for a reply to my emails. It's a red flag when a company doesn't have a contact phone number. Update: Got a reply from customer service within 2 days and received my replacement sleeve before Christmas. Have to say, pretty impressive for this busy time of the year. No complaints here.

Won't sell replacement seals – They require you to buy new lids to get a new seal. It costs them cents to manufacture and yet they won't sell them, very wasteful and not at all in alignment with their own values of environmental responsibility; they fail at their own purpose and vision. Won't be dealing with them again.

Too fragile – 2 very low impact falls, 2 bottles broken at the neck, in 3 months. I love the design but will be looking elsewhere. Very disappointed also that you can’t buy replacements at a cheap price - now have 5 lids that have no purpose, really wasteful

Leaking from the cap – I bought the A5 size. Water leaked from the lid. It turned out that there was no rubber seal or O-ring in the cap. I emailed them about this issue but they did not reply at all. It failed at the basic feature for an overpriced bottle.

Leaks from the lid – After two weeks of regular use the bottle now leaks when the lid is on unless I stand my bag upright. So I need to prop my bag up wherever I go until I can find a suitable replacement bottle but I won’t get the memo again due to unreliability. I see I can buy replacement lids but why wouldn’t a lid last longer than two weeks?

Overpriced, no return or exchange – Purchased 2 for Xmas presents and wanted to return 1 as wasn't suited. I didn't think any company these days would not accept a return even when unopened, still in the package it arrived in within a week of purchase. Make sure you want one if make the expensive purchase.

Dodgy Terms and Conditions / Customer service – Company do not change or cancel orders, VERY strict T&Cs; it states that you will not be given a refund if you order the wrong item, colour or size. Which is fair but the company makes little to no effort to resolve any issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone, it is over priced and the bottles smell like plastic. "We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current."

Great except it can’t stand up as advertised – I purchased the slim bottle & love it except it doesn’t stand up as visually shown & advertised in the product images. I purchased the silicone sleeve as well & it’s a must have I imagine to avoid fracturing if dropped. I hope it will save it! But it’s so stupid it can’t stand up. Especially for the high price paid.
