Would NOT recommend!!! The product can be ok but as I have seen the franchisee of Mackay also owner of Toowoomba is EXTREMELY Rude,arrogant and abusive to staff and many customers. He belittles woman and talks down to customers only caring about UPSELLING and doesn't comprehend customers actually needs..
Kind and knowledgeable staff with genuine care on how the photo should turn out on the wood. My mum loved the memory block and has it on her book shelf - she looks at it daily. Could not be happier.
Absolutely appalling company. Paid in full for a $155 resin frame at Chadstone in Melbourne. Waited 30 minutes for the printing to be done and the image was dreadfully washed out and overexposed. The print had double printed slightly out of line creating a ghost, as well as being as overexposed as the first print.
Requested a refund as the product wasn’t as advertised. The sales assistant said that they don’t do refunds. I explained that under consumer law, if the product isn’t as advertised, or not the same quality, that I am entitled to a refund. She said that there were no refunds.
She said that she would call her manager. No answer. She gets on a group chat where the person says “just tell her to email, we don’t do refunds”. I asked her to notify him that under the law, I have the right to a refund. Backwards and forwards, him refusing, I ask to speak to him.
He tells me that I have to email the company and they will then decide whether to refund, or replace. I said that after two prints, I have no confidence in their quality, and that I would like a refund. He repeats that my only option is to email the company.
I explained that he is breaking the law. He said that he didn’t give a d#mn about the law, and that there was nothing that I could do about it, bad luck. I asked him whether he really just said that to me?? He responded, “Yes, there’s nothing that you can do, you’re not getting a refund”.
I’m sure that there are people who have been happy, but my experience with the product and the manager was dreadful.

10 out of 10! I reached out via email for a very specific job (a work project) and Lauren and the Memory Block print team put in the extra effort to ensure the colour would print as required. Never trust Chadstone memory block – Worst corrupt business in Chadstone. They hire really disgusting feral people who swears at customers when they ask for their photo block and condescends and tells their customers they don’t care because they are not the manager and only “work” there and continues to be so disrespectful and awful. Do not ever go there, shocking customer service!

Arrogant service – Yeah Takes 5 mins to print but they are not accurate with wait time. Rude staff and say anything to get your business. Promised a finish time as I told them I had to leave and then pretended they didn’t say it. Stood around in stead of setting up job while I was waiting anxiously.
Good/ Bad – Good product, really bad customer service, was very unorganised, and the person in charge took a lot of personal calls while helping customers, took the phone without asking or telling you what she is doing when you show her the photos.
Hopeless and waste of money – They swiped and uploaded the wrong photo and printed it. Wasn’t able to get the photo reprinted and wanted me to pay for them again.
Something needs to be done about this man – More for working there, staff are incredible, boss is sexist and is currently processing illegal practices such as not paying annual or sick leave.
Magnificient Memory Blocks! – I had 4 photos of our beautiful Maine Coon cat that passed put on memory blocks at Westfield Geelong. They were all fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone was quite touched by such beautiful pics on the blocks, so different from just a regular photo. This is a wonderful gift idea for any occasion. The man that served me was so helpful. Definitely go here for a unique gift. :)

Excelent – This is my third purchase with this company, and it has always been a very satisfaying experience. The Service was excelent. The owner went above and beyond to deliver my product on time for Valentines, and to adjust my picture so it would look the best. I highly recommend it.

Joondalup Store is a scam – Quality was poor and owner lied about stores having no refund policy. The lady owner of Joondalup said her machine cant do refunds. She thinks money is stored in the machine! STAY AWAY
