This is the most delicious goat's cheese I have ever eaten! It's incredibly smooth and creamy; perfectly seasoned and versatile. I use the marinating oil in cooking as well. I'm an absolute addict now! Try it on wood-fired Portabello Mushrooms with fresh Thyme! Insanely good!!!

Just perfection, but why canola oil!? – I would love to give this product five stars, however the oil in the jar is part canola, part extra virgin olive oil. For a product this premium, i would expect olive oil, preferably EVOO. given the demographic of buyers, i would assume most buyers have a preference for this. For this reason, we don’t purchase it frequently. But if the oil was changed, this would be a weekly staple :)

behold if you haven't used Samson type strength to secure the lid because they easily leak.

This is another product that had overall premium quality about it, yet as most things these days change for the sake of change has eroded the overall quality of the entire product. PS If it isn't broken, don't fix it.
