This is for the square version, which is small and has a terrible coverage and a weird feel - largely because of the trendy open design, that isn't countered by having any inward pointing jets. The showerhead is also quite noisy. Ridiculously expensive too for something made out of plastic. While Methven is a good company, this particular design… Read more

is a fail. I'll go back to my Methven Satinjet which is much cheaper and gives an excellent feel and coverage with low water use and no noise.

Round Aio version is unbeleivable!!! – I can't comment on the cheaper square version but the round (and for some reason more expensive Aio version) is honestly unbelievably good!!! I once, in an old job, got product training on shower heads and was informed this was the very best and that all AU Hilton hotels have this shower head (?). Since then I dreamed of experiencing it one day!… Read more

We bought it for our BnB accommodation this year and hands down it makes you drool! Our (3x the price) Grohe shower head in our shower, looks nice and feels nice, but this Methven Aurajet round Aio feels AMAZING! Like tiny, tinkeling sparkles that drench you. No jet stream, no rain, but sparkles! I love it and thought it deserved this review. I shower in our BnB every opportunity I get!!!

It was money down the drain! – I purchased the Aurajet twin shower recently at a cost of $1629.88. It was money down the drain! The first time I used it water started pouring out the back of it. I had to pay our Plumber to have a look at it. I was shocked to see two cheap plastic pipes inside going into a small plastic fitting. The Plumber's report was that the plastic pipes… Read more

were too short and every time the water was turned on it blew the pipes off the plastic fitting. There was also another shorter blue pipe inside that did nothing at all. Rang Customer Service and got no help whatsoever. I also have a Methven pull out mixer tap which was expensive which blew off and flew across my kitchen and broke china on the other side of the kitchen. It now has a leak and sprays water all over the bench. Will not buy these products again.

Good quality product, but not sure if its worth the extra cost – Got this item to replace my old shower handset. Old one was weak on water pressure, and just wanted something better. Read reviews and saw the promotional videos. Thought give it a try. Definitely better than my old shower head. Gave me a great shower, but not sure if its worth so much. Think there's a chance I'll would have found something in between on the cost front that was just as good. $189 for a ABS non metal shower handset is very steep.
