Over complicated – Needlessly difficult in design. Super expensive for something that is all plastic. Fit off is a nightmare, moving parts do not move freely. Coming from a plumber, stick to a simple mixer people.

specialist plumber for installation and need super hot water to be delivered to them in order for the shower to be at a reasonable temperature. At $600 each, we have now had to scrap them and buy something with a handle that you can use. Customer service at Methven was really bad - waiting on hold for hours then a four week wait for them to come out only to be told that it was an installation problem. Five visits from our plumber and builder later and they still wouldn't work properly or easily so we got rid of them. A simple grip or knob on the dial would have solved some of the problem. All style no substance.
