MGI Zip 24V 250Wh Lithium Battery
Verified1 review
MGi Zip X5 brand new. Buggy good. Attached Lithium battery (red on red) a problem – Bought new MGI Zip X5 few weeks back from Drummond Golf. Buggy works well, but recommended Lithium battery (red on red) difficult to charge. Can't find a manual online. Booklet I read says to leave battery on between golf days. Left mine on charge after Wednesday golf, and because of COVID limits on players, can't play until following Wednesday. Battery today (Sunday) has no green light indicating continuing charging. Turning off and on but still no green light? Can't find Manual online. Any advice?

Hi Kevin, Information about your lithium battery can be found in the user manual inside the carton of your buggy. It can also be found on our website: external link
The smart charger that comes standard with your buggy will fully charge the battery and then turn off when fully charged, saving the battery from any damage by overcharging it and saving electricity.
If you think your battery or charger is faulty, please contact our customer service team here: external link
Thanks, MGI.
