Micro Auto Filters AA103

They are pathetic I bought filters it's been 2 weeks and no filters and messaged them 10 times now and they won't reply and you can't ring them freaking p*ssed off don't buy from them

Never again – I'm having the same problem as someone else ordered an oil filter on 7/10/24 & it's now 4/11/24 the tracking shows that it hasn't left victoria, aus post has confirmed that it's lost & cannot be of any further assistance, ive tried emailing them several times with no response & the ph. No has been disconnected, I noticed the payment was made to HT Leads "orders@directautospares.com.au " who knows, maybe they can help

Bad/Nil customer service – Be careful with this company. Two months ago I've ordered about 40 filters (neely 400,- worth) online through my micro auto filters account. Filters haven't arrived. Tried to contact seller online via email, is not responding. They phone number is disconnected...I would not deal with them. Very bad customer service!

Clear Wipers! – Nice wipers, brought through a reseller and the quality looks great, have just installed the wipers and they are streak free.... so much better than the old brand i was using, ive just brought micro's brand of filters to try too

Nice filters! – Brought these filters from a reseller and I really like the presentation of the box and filter, my hubby installed them without a issue! I’m happy to say that I will purchase more Micro Auto Filters!

Easy Cabin Filters – I really like this companies Cabin filters, the dual direction feature and the fact i have used them for many years as they are carbon and half the price of any competition i have found!

got the item at great price – ordered air filter 2/1/24 got confirming with an auto reply email .it stated they will let me know when they ship the air filter. 10/1/24 no email so far despite my email to them 9/1/24 10/1/24. tried phone -disconnected . but it turns out they were closed over the NEW YEAR- so my bad. E1 wiper blade series – Mercedes Benz AMG C43 has wiper issues and the factory ones skip and jump across the windscreen. The problem was solved by fitting the e1 series wiper blade I purchased through a retailer. Solid construction and easy to fit. I would highly recommend

Good Air Filters – After looking around in stores I wasn’t happy about paying $40 for a air filter I found Micro Auto Filters air filters for sale online, I purchased thinking it would be cheap for a reason but I’m really impressed with the quality and presentation of the filter packaging and filter The AA103 air filter fitted fine and I had no issues with stalling. Definitely be buying again!

Cheap filter sold as Westfil...beware – Sold on Ebay as Westfil brand oil filters. These are sold by the Australian Importer of Microauto brand filters. They are listed a Westfil filters but they send cheap Micro branded filters. Threw them straight in the bin.

try despite stern warnings from my car mechanic about cheap air filters.

When the product arrived I quickly discovered that these very cheap "Micro" branded air filters are made of sub-standard material that is very brittle and easily breaks. This is a cause for alarm in itself as the potential damage from a broken piece of the air filter being sucked into an engine is enormous. This was my mechanics exact concern!

The sizing of this Micro branded air filter too was incorrect and also far from what is stated on their web site. In fact air filter which I received had a specified height of 51mm which is the same as the Ryco A1311 specification. However it did not fit properly into my car. I removed it and measured its height to be just 46mm which was 5mm shorter than their specification and explained why it couldnt fit properly.

Initially they had sent me a Micro air filter without the mandatory rubber seal attached but the air filter cant function properly without the rubber seal attached.

You gotta ask the question: Is there any quality control at all?

The biggest problem is that I brought all this up with Micro Auto Filters and they are in complete denial suggesting their product is a perfect fit. Well measurements dont lie and neither do easy breakages for what should be a robust product.

In summary "you get what you pay for" and I certainly wont be buying super cheap air filters anymore - especially "Micro" branded ones. Learnt my lesson
