Bought a SOG Kiku knife through his eBay page. Knife broke a spring outside of the money back period but less than 3 months. 0 communication returned from the seller even though it is their responsibility. Submitted an ACCC report and also realized that the company never provided an ABN with the receipt so they are skirting several consumer laws. Would not recommend anyone deal with this company.

Midway Australia Trustworthy and Attentive – I am a level 6 Google Guide and take reviews as a trusted duty of care for customers and providers. Midway Australia has furnished me with a least 3 pieces of hardware over the last 18 months. I have found them attentive, prompt and reasonable.

lee stuff i bought on here always great, fast shipping – company doesnt seem related to midway USA but carries a similar catalog. all the lee stuff they have is priced decently and have not had any significant problems. the only issue is they tend to have a lot of things going out of stock quickly and it takes months for them to get it back in stock.

RCBS reloading component missing parts – Ordered an RCBS reloading component and it was missing critical parts. Sent email with photos. Didn't want to know. Called, but cut off mid sentence trying to resolve the issue. Terrible service.

Be aware of retailer Midway Australia – Purchased a Scope ring , that arrived in poor condition. Sent it back for a refund. Only received payment for the item and not for initial postage or return postage. Buyers be aware when your dealing with this retailer.

Perfect Experience – Website was easy and worked perfectly. Delivery in 2 working days. Product was well wrapped for postage. Can't fault it. After reading the poor reviews I asked on an online shooting forum for feedback on this company and it was 99% positive which is why I gave them a go, glad I did, with good prices and excellent service it will be my go to from now on.

Relieved – I ordered from Midway and then read the reviews which alarmed me. However the product i ordered was despatched within 24 hours and arrived in the next mail. Most likely the product i ordered was in stock and available. But I cannot fault the service at all.

zero customer service – I purchased a hornady neck thickness gauge from them . Seven months later the dial fell off the gauge spindle. No problem you would say ,its a simple warrantee claim,just have the item replaced. under Australian consumer law he needs to supply 12 months warrantee . Still no reply. He said he would abide by eBay’s ruling. I spoke to eBay on three different occasions and was told that they would follow up. They also said that they would not notify me of any action taken?. I think eBay care more for their sellers than they do for the people that keep their business alive - customers. Midway kept referring me to to importer who I had difficulty contacting . I eventually succeeded only to be told that midway do not purchase goods from them . They could only assume the midway is selling grey imports. This of course is not illegal but midway still needs to abide by Australian law and supply 12 months warrantee. I guess the next step is the Dept of fair Trading only problem is, is that they require an email address - anyone know what that is , someone needs to stop this bulls-&#t and if I could give less than one star I would

its very easy to be rude on line – i have bought several products from Midway on line i have / had them saved as a favourite while there is nothing wrong with their products or their prices my experience with the online staff has been terrible unhelpfull , rude, and generally think they are the only sellers i have now taken them off my favourites list and will be happy to pay more… Read more

Awful customer service – late in arriving with our concrete that caused a nightmare for pouring as it was already getting hard. the company refused to give a refund or compensate the manager was arrogant and unsumpathetic. try someone else they are not good

Very bad customer experience for me. The worst! – I bought a Lee Large Primer feeder but the seller sent me one that was very filthy and appeared to be used as it has grease and had some remnants of gun powder. perform as new, I was like: "What sort of reasoning is this?!" There appears to be some integrity issues there. He terminated the conversation by saying that if i am not happy with the product, I need to send the item via express post with tracking to get a refund, he then warned me to consider the cost of returning and if it is worth it to return the item before hanging up. I would stay away from this seller if I were you.

can be issued. Midway Australia has not contacted them after 2 weeks of myself contacting Australia Post.

A complaint has been made to PayPal now and the next step will be The Department of Consumer Protection.

I have given Midway Australia so many chances to rectify this issue and they have not. And for some reason, my negative eBay feedback has been erased.

Do yourself the favor, pay the extra dollar or two and get your product from a well known company.
