Technical issues – The machine was built into the new house and was one of the wow factors. It stopped working after the first descaling. It took 6 weeks for the technician to come and it was a known problem. It then took another 3 weeks for the part. It then took another 3 weeks for an additional part. Soon after the next descaling, I turned the power off because I was going away. When I returned, the machine won't boot up again. I am not going to wait another 3 months and will turn the space into an appliance cupboard and buy a machine that uses beans, rather than capsules.
The quality of the coffee is very average, the frother is intimidating and I stopped using it. The price my builder paid for this was over $3,000.
Capsule machines are a tenth of this price and more reliable in their operation.
Maybe Miele should leave coffee to people who know more about it. Built in Capsules get stuck. "Fault 75" on the display was common. Inflexible on number of coffees before it would stop unless it was descaled. keeps breaking down. Too long tonget fixed under warranty.
After posting my review I was contacted by Miele customer service and I thank them for their prompt attention and for taking action to rectify the issues. This is the upside of having a Miele appliance. Nevertheless, it took 5 months and 3+ service calls to get the machine working again.

Very expensive machine.... very low quality.... low service , very expensive parts.....i have regret it also....
