I have a kitchen full of Miele appliances, they are good but parts are ridiculously overpriced. As an example a tiny brush for cleaning the coffee machine pipework is $25, a small plastic elbow $85, a glass jar $200, these items will cost Miele next to nothing and they onsell to customers at a price that is criminal because we have no choice to buy elsewhere. Miele should be ashamed of themselves, look after your customers instead of ripping them off!

Spills coffee grinds inside machine behind the brew unit and causes excesive molds....gets super moisty inside – Dissatisfied with the product. I believe the machine is difective. I am an accountant who invested into a great machine ( so it was advertised ) to make my life easier during busy tax seasons. I had issues with the machine since i purchased it and yearly maintenance by professional techs which still haven't fixed the cause of spitting coffee grinds behind the machine issues which causes molding inside my machine which requires a pro tech to take it apart and clean it. Brew unit has been changed 3 times and still spills coffee grines inside which molds overtime. Contacted Milele to replace my machine since issue still not fixed and they keep passing me through all these hoops.

Mould growing in my machine – Since purchasing my coffee machine I have had numerous service call outs over 2 years from the service Dept as my machine is over heating, leaking and causing mould. This still hasn’t been fixed and the techs are coming out yet again in 1 months time. Terrible customer service for the price you pey. DO NOT buy Miele! There are so many better products out there...

The machine has been serviced by you around 5 times. It’s been taken to your service centre twice. Latest is we have been told that this machine needs lots of maintenance. Clean and empty everyday and a total clean weekly and monthly.,,. When buying we were told the opposite. I def wouldn’t have bought it if I’d know this and for the price too! I feel like I am being told several different stories each time from your service team. Honesty would go a long way Miele. If a product is not working as advertised, it should be replaced. We have spent hundreds of thousands over years on Miele products but I can say this will be the last time we install Miele.
How did I live without this?! – I use this everyday and love it! The machine tells you when to clean and most important very easy to clean. Have had it for over 2yrs and now can’t live without it. I was initially hesitant on spending so much on a coffee machine but now had wished I had bought one soon. I love that you can manually tweak the coffee to your taste. Have not had an issue yet. It is a little on the expensive side but for me well worth it

expensive, good, but short lived – When you pay this much for an appliance you expect it to work, and to last. This machine was good - functional but not perfect - while it lasted but died shortly out of warranty. Repairs of course absurdly expensive. In renovating several houses over the years I have noticed how the philosophy of machines change - they are more complex and designed for shorter lifespans. So I will never buy another expensive Miele thing expecting it to last - the mechanicals may but the electronics won't. You might as well buy a cheaper brand and assume the product is useless after the warrant yperiod.
