I bought my second Milwaukee heated jacket at Agfest 2026. The guy told me that I would have to redeem the Battery. I nearly didn't buy it but he said it was easy. After trying to redeem it for an hour I took it to the shop where another man redeemed it for me. It only took him half an hour. I have since had 4 emails. The first to say they had received my request. The second to say that it was being processed and would take 8-10 days. A third to welcome me to the Milwaukee team and today I received one saying it will be 4 to 6 weeks for my 'bonus', as in the battery, to arrive. This is disgraceful. It's like selling a bicycle without wheels and expecting the wheels to arrive 6 weeks later. My first Milwaukee jacket is about 6 years old and is still going. I have been responsible for several people choosing Milwaukee over Makita but never again. Products should be sold fit for purpose. A heated jacket without a battery is not fit for purpose. BTW I just received my fifth email telling me the above and how I can log in to follow the adventures of the battery as it dawdles slowly to my letterbox.

Milwaukee 12V Li-ion Cordless AXIS Olive Green Heated Jacket – I bought Milwaukee heat jacket 2years ago. And returned and get Total tools brand jacket due to heavy weight. I am saticfied with new purchase this year. this jacket is light and warm enough. Suitable for the Winter season in QLD. The only down side is battery pocket . It is uncomfortable when driving as battery located between my back and seat.
