Mimosa Coral Bay Sunlounge

3 yrs old, material gone – I bought this lounge 3 1/2 yrs ago for $ 179 and the cloth totally deteriorared. I stored and cleaned as required. No kids, no pets...just 1adult using it for what it is made for. I rang Bunnings but they don't want to know about it, as it only has 12 months warranty. I could put in a claim, she said, but was warned it would not be rewarded. So why bother. There is not even spare cloth you can buy. Totally disgusted with this service and the product. Never again.

Terrible quality – I bought THREE of these lounges 11 months ago as I really liked the looks of them. I was sceptical about the quality of the fabric but bought the lounges anyway as I felt a bit more assured when I read the following words on the product description; ‘UV stabilised PVC coated polyester, provides comfort and durability in the harsh Australian summer.‘

I further protected the lounges with a cotton sheet while not in use during summer and as soon as autumn had arrived, I stored all three lounges indoors, away from weather.

So basically, they were exposed to the weather for a mere four months. I brought them outdoors again about 2 weeks ago to find the fabric deteriorating on all 3 lounges!!

I’m severely disappointed in the quality of this product, especially since I’ve tried taking so much extra care of it to prolong its usage!
