Mimosa Hexagon Gazebo Questions & Answers
Is it possible to get a copy of the instructions to erect this gazebo as the box was in the shed for some time and got flooded so instructions were destroyed.
Ring bunnings did you put it in google and search for manual
Have searched through Google with no success and awaiting answer from Bunnings but don't hold out much hope as item no longer available.
Where can we buy the metal piece in the centre of the canopy under the cover?? We bought the gazebo second hand and this piece is missing Need to know ASAP Regards Bob n Bev
They don't make this item anymore,Bob and bev have a look on ebay also this piece is 140 dollars the whole roof ,or get the piece welded
Thank you we got the part through pacific trends
Thats awesome hope you didn't pay to much as they have a new one something like the other one remember the electric ties to hold the canopy down
How much does the 3x3m mimosa polycarbonate roof one cost?
It was at Bunnings for 850 dollars
Also look on Google there's a link straight to the business,it's made by palmero they have different sizes
$850 is the 3x3.6 one
Did you go to the site as they have different sizes and different prices, the one I said about is from bunnings
Why Bunnings don’t stock Hexagonal Gazebo replacement canopy 3191102. This is the third one that is ripped but Bunnings are not stocking any more, very disappointing.
Best option is get on eBay they have them,I had no idea that they stopped supplying them,go to eBay and get one hope this helps
They don’t stock them in the store. But last time we needed the canopy we went to our local bunnings and they said they order them now. So we ordered one and a week later it was ready for us to pick up in the same store for $59. Ebay sells them for over $118
Hi l'm thinking of buying a 3x3·6m Mimosa Palmero polycarbonate gazebo. Are they strong enough to stand strong winds and the hot Aussie summer? Also l would have to use sandbags to stabilize as l don't have a concreted area.
Yes they are strong main problems was with the canvas roof you will be ok with this one as your getting the one with the laser light roof even to make it stronger put 4 holes in the bottom of the legs and push strong pegs in the bottom of the footing to give it more support and try that this will work
Hi Kathy, what are the electric ties referred to in a former email? We are in a high wind area & need something sturdy. I have disabilities & cannot sew, & am not prepared to pay to have stitching reinforced, which may come loose again. How much does it increase the cost if we have a slight gable, looks much better than flat roof but our budget is tight? Laser light was referred to.....can you please explain exactly what this is? We are looking for approx 6 X 4 metres, depending on cost? thank you...Vicky
Hi Vicki go to the palmero site, they can advise you,on prices and what would be suitable for what your looking for
No you can’t tie them down sufficiently to prevent it from lifting off in even moderate wind. Additionally heavy hail (small or large) will penetrate the thin polycarbonate panels, happened to mine twice. Despite all the above if you have a suitable very protected area in your yard it might be worthwhile. I have mine as a semi permanent poolside gazebo securely fixed to the pool fence for lateral stability and bolted to large format pavers. Without this or a similar arrangement it will simply blow away in the first large gust of wind. No problem with the hot summer sun.
Hi, I was wondering if you might still have your instruction manual for your gazebo?
I have a Mimosa 3x3 and can't find the instructions.
Regards
Jo
No I did but not anymore, did you go on Google, and see if they have it and download the pdf file put the model number in try that
Where can l but the whole garzebo from plez?
Bunnings has these gazebos also they have one with lazer light roof all depends what your looking for they also have the roof covers, for replacement so if you want to replace the roof just order it through bunnings and secure your roof with electric ties larger ones. There a great outdoor gazebo only fault was the stitching it needs to be reinforced double stitching it will reinforce the canvas top you can go either way the same gazebo with the lazer light roof will set you back 800 to 1000 and the other one with the canvas roof is around 500 to 600 but if I was to buy I would buy the lazer light one you don't have to worry about replacing the roof all the time it's more sturdy hope this helps gazebo canopy will set you back 59 to 60 dollars at bunnings ,if you have anymore queries just ask I'll be happy to help you yours sincerely kathy
Where can I get replacement roof struts for the hexagonal gazebo - they have rusted
Did you go to there site and check for parts try that first if you cant get the part ,either you get a welder to fix it or else you may be stuck with purchasing a new one they were suppose to be weather proof also that's what it said on packaging I've had mine for five years only problem I had was replacing the canvas roof, also there is another one they make ,that is more sturdy with a perplex roof it's much stronger it's around 800 to 1000 well worth a look into at bunnings

You will find them at bunnings also there's one with a lazer light roof maybe set you back 800 to a 1000 but we'll worth it you won't need to change the roof all the time if you purchase this one but it's up to you I have had so much use of mine love it ,it's stylish and looks great but if you decide to get the canvas roof don't forget to get the long electric ties for more support there's many ways you can work this like get a canvaser to make the cover or sew the cover double stitching to make it stronger so it won't tear in the strong winds also there only around 59 dollars at bunnings for the replacement roof just check the other ones out hope this has helped you feel free to ask for more information yours sincerely kathy
Yes they are suppose to be pulled down in the winter as they do rust, best bet is to spend the extra and buy the sturdy one with the persplex roof or lazer light as they call it ask bunnings about parts but i beleive its worth looking at the other one this will save you money not having to replace the canopy when a strong wind comes along and rips it the lazer light one looks great too
How to assemble the gazebo?
It's easy just put it together then add the canopy there's instructions bolt it to the ground to give it support then grab long electric ties thread them through the holes strap it to the frame it will secure the canopy mines still standing and the canopy roof hasn't ripped hope this helps you all
