setting,you will soon find the signals you get can be a lot more than gold ;-),lots of rubbish as well,dig you must.
I have found it remarkable the size and depth of metal that the unit has picked up,makes one think what the big buck units find and their discrimination abilities....Theres a lot of youtube vids on these,watch them all both negative and positive,you will soon see what the go is!
The battery life is outstanding,using aa lithiums it lasts for days of full use,theres also a rechargeable battery pack with unit.Very good balance on the arm when swinging for several hours at a time.A tip is to put a bit of 4inch pvc on the arm rest/strap it works a treat(video on youtube)
