made to resolve the issue, despite the product being unsuitable and improperly sold in the first place. Selling a product that cannot be used in Australia and then refusing an immediate refund is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing from this store.

Had a new screen protector replaced 6 weeks ago, quick clean of phone and new protector fitted all over in less than a few minutes. Within 3 weeks screen protector started to detach allowing dirt and contaminants to collect beneath the thin screen. protector to lift, what a load of B S, if the phone had been prepared properly the protector would not have detached. Phone quickly cleaned again and 2nd protector fitted, this failed to stick!!!!!!??? Phone more thoroughly cleaned for some minutes and a different 3rd protector fitted. Both store staff vehemently denied any responsibility or warranty. Total waste of time trying to explain, had to part with another $20

Impressed they could fix it – After dropping my Samsung phone and smashing the screen another mobile repair shop told me that it wasn't fixable, however, these guys fixed it. So pleased I didn't have to buy a new phone. My phone is working fine just like before so I am happy. Thanks Mobi Me.

8 weeks and still waiting – 8 weeks ago I took the phone in for repairs and I still haven’t got it back. Each time I go into the store I’m told a different story of when it will be back. The employees just don’t care about customers and can’t be bothered to actually find out what is going on, just make up a story.

Excellent service, reasonable rates, knowledgeable staff, thank you Harrison – I have gone to many tech experts in the past to fix mobile telephone and computer issues. highly recommended seeing Harrison. Thankfully I went to see him. He quickly detected the problem in less than five minutes. I could hear the fantastic sound of my song through my headphones. Harrison reprogramed the headphones. Also, I needed a phone accessory which he kindly placed onto my phone. I appreciated his quick, efficient, and friendly service in resolving my issues. It was refreshing that nothing was an issue.

I noticed he was fixing a laptop and mobile phone. It is fantastic to know someone who knows what he is doing. His rates were reasonable for his tech services.

Even my partner was impressed, and it was a “surprise and delight moment”. He eliminated my concerns skillfully. As far as customer service goes, it is exceptional. I highly recommend his workmanship and service to others. It is great to have an excellent business like this on the Central Coast.

Very helpful – When I've had issues with my phone the guys at Mobi Me in Deepwater Plaza, Woy Woy, have always managed to sort them. I thoroughly recommend them, helpful and polite always.

Don't get your mobile phone battery replaced here – My IPhone's battery went down to 90% after three years - I took it in to get the battery replaced twice. After only one week my battery is showing 93% capacity.
