Mobile Message

Love Mobile Message. So easy to use and we have had instant increase in business since using it 2 weeks ago. Their website makes it easy to create templates and contact lists and to schedule messages. We thought we would just use for marketing, but we are now using it to help with our overall customer application process and saving time and $$$ in the process.

Needed transactional SMS for out business and I can't recommend Mobile Message enough. Very easy to set-up, great dashboard, easy to understand API. extremely easy process to register and purchase SMS credit. The example PHP code was easy to modify and incorporate into the opensource invoicing system... my players love getting SMS messages instead of EMAILs which just go to junk!!!

Attempted to sign up to their service however received an automated email to verify my business registration. Responded with all information straight away 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a word, their support consists of emails & online chat (which at the time of writing this, hasn't worked at all during the last week). Glad I saw this now, and not after I was signed up and running into issues I couldn't contact them for assistance with.

dismissive and unhelpful staff, but we also became aware that employees were inappropriately reading through our business messages. While message monitoring can be necessary for compliance, in this case, it appeared to be done without justification, and seemingly for amusement.

In particular, we caution others against dealing with [Name Removed], whose conduct was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Expect this review to be ignored or met with a generic apology. Be aware that this company may mishandle your data and potentially breach the Privacy Act. Think carefully before using Mobile Message with your customer communications or sensitive business information.

SMS gateway australia – Started off alright, but the platform is buggy - I have reported the first name import issue about 3 times and they are too lazy to actually look, replicate and fix. So we stopped using them. Also their intro pricing is not their regular pricing - may not be obvious to folks

We have found the use of mobile message very easy. The setup and test credits to begin to get a feel of the service before purchasing credits was fantastic. Communication has been great with the team and any questions have been answered.

Very easy to set up and understand. Guaranteed 50 free sms from tablet and delivery is instant. Free credits seem to be ongoing for reviews etc, however I am actually genuinely impressed with the service. Option to buy dedicated number at any time. The main feature I was looking for was the ability to schedule text messages for the future. So I was very happy that Mobile Message could do this. Then I discovered, you could also store templates and bulk send to multiple contacts with a few clicks - brilliant. Plus, you only pay for what you use.
