Don't use this company. We are still waiting two weeks later for the $300 bond to be returned. We contacted the bank, they stated the payment is not even in the system. Sick of phoning this company and them giving us the same excuse that it's the banks fault. I'm going to Fair Trade.

We used Mobile Truck Rental 5 times and we give them a 5 Star PLUS rating. Don't believe the winchers that have wrote opposite reviews. This is a team of helpful professionals that strive for customer satisfaction. Simon from the Zilmere office went out of his way to help. This is the best truck rental we have used. Every employee was polite, curteous and customer focused.

Just do yourself a favour and go to Hertz/ thrifty, (like I did after dealing with these [Content Removed]) Hertz/ Thrifty are a long standing, established and PROFESSIONAL company with a good track record. Whereas these [Content Removed] Truck people delivered a vehicle with some existing damage to a certain part, that part proceeded to fail (under normal driving conditions) and boom- they'll slap U with 'liability'... Still, I was prepared to pay, I gave them $600 on the spot, but I asked them to do a payment plan for the rest and told them I didn’t have the money at that time- I’d just moved house, and I was living off savings and the truck had already cost me over $3000. To my face on the phone they say “yep no worries” then they went behind my back and kept charging my card until they had taken an additional $750. My account was then over $600 in overdraft and I had no money to buy food for my kids. I found out because at the shops I had no money at all to pay for food or petrol. This is an absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. I repeat: chose any other trust company or you will regret it.

Convenient truck rentals – These guys are highly professional and the truck was great. Moved my house in a day and the team was helpful. Will be hiring another truck in the future from these guys. Super convenient and they come to you.

Hire truck.... perfect! – was very impressed with the service and staff. SO friendly and helpful, great value for money, easy to do business with and a quality offering. Use anyone else – Use anyone else. it’s convenient, but after how they just take money from your account without warning. I’m not using them ever again. And I have 5 times. Don’t come at me with Rules & regulations. Common courtesy & a little patience doesn’t exist. I miss a call 2 mins later 1,500 taken out of my account. Bye.

Worst Company I dealt with..Not Recommended – I broke my toe on the back hoist of their truck. Because I was in hospital having an operation they left the truck here for a extra 3 days. They failed to tell they would charge me. My $300 bond turned into a $450 debt. Never go back again

Great service – Delivered the truck to our house, explained in detail important aspects of using the vehicle. Picked up the truck from our new home. Great service. Would definitely use them again.

Beware the $450 charge for a scratch to a sticker – We ordered a truck for the day only. The Truck delivered on time, however they advised that they weren't picking it up until tomorrow as they had their Christmas Party that night and changed our contract until the next day. couple of small scratches to a sticker. They cleaned the graffitti, however they charged us $450 for the scratches to the sticker. Right at Christmas time. Even when we pointed out that we didn't cause the damage and it wouldn't cost that much to replace a sticker, they didn't care, nor did they care about the impact to our Christmas. I had no control over the payment, they took it without even consulting us. The $300 bond also took over a week to be returned.

Beware of the $300 bond – The hire costs are reasonable and the drop-off and pick-up prompt and convenient, but the $300 bond that is sprung on you at the last minute is ridiculous (and seemingly unnecessary if they are already charging an excess for vehicle damage - what is the bond for?). reverse the pre-authorisation hold, they allow the bank to time-out the hold of the funds. For my bank it is 7 days. Other services that take a pre-authorisation (hotels for example) simply reverse the transaction once you have checked out and the room is in order, usually the funds returned within 48 hrs. The failure to actively return the bond is terrible customer service.

Convenient but poor customer service – Truck turned up within time frame and picked up within time frame. Great concept and pricing reasonable. The company needs experienced customer service operators not blokes who struggle to hold a conversation when answering reasonable questions. Took 2 quote requests to get am amswer – Requested a quote....ignored. Requested another quote, now booked out for the days I need it. Perhaps if they responded to my first request I would have rented from them. I will rent somewhere else.

Highly Recommend! – I only have good things to say. I needed to move house, so it was great that I could rent a truck on a car license. The truck was delivered on time and was very clean and new looking. Great customer service, the guy who dropped the truck off walked me through everything I needed to know and patiently answered all my questions. Next time I move house I know who to call!

Great idea they bring the truck to you Brilliant! – Highly recommend this company. It is a great service. They drop the truck off, they even called with an ETA before arriving. Contract's easy to do and Eco friendly as it is done on an ipad. They explain everything including how to adjust the steering wheel. Best customer service I have ever had.

Don't bother with these guys – Scammers.l Forgot to put the trolley back in the Truck, and said I would drop it off straight away. They were not interested and just wanted to charge me $120. Also l wanted another day hire which they said would be $299 then changed to $199 when we said we didn't want it.

The best truck hire I've used – These guys are the best truck hire, they delivered the truck to me (only had 20000kms on it too) I had to move one way to Sydney as my movers I planed bailed on me, these guys had a truck to me within 2 hours. At the time my stress levels were thru the roof... When the truck showed up... big relief... The price was pretty good too... 5 Stars...

Amazing Service from Mobile Truck Rental – I rented a truck for 2 days. The truck was clean & tidy. The truck was dropped off on time, the customer service was exceptional, friendly fella who explained the contract throughly. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to hire a truck.

Horrid! – Came an hour late for drop off. Came an hour late for pick up. Was told truck came with blankets, it doesn’t. Guy gave a wad of unacceptable excuses. Not at all happy!

I would not recommend this service – I would not recommend this service. I was charged a full 24hr fee for half a day extension and over $100 for fuel when I had fuelled up an hour prior. The whole thing cost $600. Total rip off and poor customer service. No receipt provided and no proof of deposit refunded.

The service and product is a six star rating – I had to move interstate, this company delivered when they said and I got a brand new truck, they explain everything little detail to you. Every little bit of stress I had when it came to moving was gone. This is the company you use for all your moving needs
