Great .... Placed an order with this company. No response ... Paid $2039.00. Now it has gone out of business ...

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER. No tracking details provided yet for an order placed a week ago. No email responses, they don’t answer or return phone calls. Have requested refund via PayPal.

Bought a wheelchair on the 26th October, no order details, no tracking number, no answer no nothing. I cant reach anyone to find out where it is. Extremely disappointed that a company like this would just take someone's money and run! Disgusting. Have gotten Consumer Affairs involved to try and get an answer!

Zero customer service. Bought 4 wheel walker, cant use as screws missing from box. Tried calling for over a week no answer & mail box full.

Don't buy from.this company. Take your money do not have products – Beware brought 2 items in August. They did no have in stock. I cancelled order in September was promised a refund have never received it. Always told is being processed. Taking matter to Consumer Affairs. Wrong product and terrible – I am an NDIS participant and I live on oxygen 24/7. If I don't have oxygen I can actually have a heart attack or stroke and die. I have a wheelchair that I use for my oxygen tanks but they are too heavy so I needed a portable one. work and now we are trying to get it exchanged. They are not answering the emails we are sending because it took them nearly a year to get the machine which they took the funding for. We will never again use this company. they are hopeless and I decided to get the one they were offering us to just get the machine I need because they took the funding and would not give it back. I am about to call the state m, manager to get the original machine my doctor ask for.

Took my payment but not delivered in over 3 months – I ordered and paid for a lift chair and have not received it. It has been over 3 months now. Supposed to be delivered soon a few weeks after payment. They have not replied to my emails or phone calls since then. Do not order from them.

Mixed service – Very pleasant staff and great products and prices…but extremely difficult to get service when you need a new battery and charger. Aged care manager trying but seems like there is a difficulty in getting a return call to make a booking for service.
