We had a roller shutter installed for protection during storm season and from the westerly setting sun, to keep the house cooler. Follow-up · Since the roller shutter for the front door was installed, we have noticed a dramatic difference in the entrance. the temperature has decreased at least 5deg and the glaring sun in the afternoon is gone. Should have done it years ago.

Don't Purchase Outdoor Blinds - Buyer Beware Was quoted and paid top dollar, for what was promised to be top quality/commercial grade outdoor blinds. Original installation was carried out by a tradie who I later discovered had not been properly trained in the product, as their main installation guy was off work injured. issues to be recetified, including parts breaking, due to original incorrect installation. Last month, one of the blinds free-fell over 1.5m (approx 10kg weight dropping), nearly hitting my wife in the head. A "Major Fault" under Australian Consumer Law (which required suppler to provide a full refund), includes safety issues. A 10kg drop from that height could be fatal, especially to my kids. Have asked for full refund, but the supplier is refusing, as the manager claims he doesn't think that it's a major fault. Do not trust this company, especially the outdoor blinds division in Perth.
Cr#p service. The installer broke something and didn’t even say anything just left it broken on the bench. Then the blinds were scratched. The second one wasn’t until it was installed. Then emailed them again weeks later to tell them I was very unhappy and still nothing. The guy that quoted also told a nonsense sorry about giving them to us cheaper if we agreed to put their sign up out the front and called the boss to ok it. Haven’t heard anything about a sign being putting up because it was all nonsense. Ps check Reddit before you buy from this company. Just like I should have.

Had great service until I signed the contract - blind is faulty and you can't pull it up. They don't call you back when you email or call. They finally came out once to fix it and it broke again within a few weeks. Tried to book it in again and they are continually fobbing me off with they can't commit to a date but will call me back.

Turnaround was slow, 3 months between quote and installation but that included the Xmas period when all trades seem to shut down for 3 weeks. Blinds work well and installers were efficient and professional. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Happy with the product. Show reply
