I had a simular problem it was the water line was kinked or the float level may have been moved. Best optiion dont use mondella i have had other problems with the flushing not doing what it supposed to do had to flush a couple of times to clear the bowl...

Hello. I just bought a Mondella Concerto Back To Wall Rimless Toilet Suite but for some reason, the toilet makes a hissing noise after each flush and the water also takes a lot of time to refill for another flush. Is there any way I could fix this issue without calling a plumber? Thank you

Shifting from seat or floor? If seat - continue to tighten bolts further and ensure correct washers are in place, if from floor to tiles - use correct adhesive (ask Bunnings)

John:- In November 2018 we had a Mondella Concerto toilet installed when we had a total new bathroom plumbed and fitted. When there is a lot of poo and toilet paper in the bowl we usually have to flush the toilet twice. Also usually about once a week some black stuff comes out of the hole where the water comes out to flush the toilet. What is this, where does it come from why is it there and what can be done about it so that we don't have to clean off the black stuff every time.
Hi, I recently had the Mondella Concerto rimless toilet installed and it appears we have the same problem as many have mentioned with the amount of water sitting in the pan? When doing ... well.. a No.2, the waste material sits above the water in the pan and marks the pan needing more than one flush and so far the consistent use of the cleaning brush. Is there any way to increase the water volume in the pan?
Good question? Possibly only answered by a plumber but the plumber who fitted the replacement toilet said it was a design issue with the shape of the base of the bowl where it had to get pushed out. Good luck
Two common faults commented on- flush is noisy and not very effective. The first is, to me, not very important. The second is dealt with by holding down the flush mechanism until the cistern empties. Job done!
I purchased the concerto toilet approx. 2 years ago. When i flush the toilet the cistern fills then maybe 20 seconds later it starts dripping into the toilet and just doesnt stop unless i turn the tap for the cistern off. I messaged mondella and got no response. Not very happy as it started doing this pretty much straight away.
I think that needs a plumber-thats a washer or valve issue in the cistern. Good luck
Our mondella Seat moves all the time even after tightening We can’t thighten anymore And now the seat sits half way off the bowl Where can we buy some more screw s or bolts Very disappointed
try bunnings. i find this also .... and it doesnt hold enough water in the bowl to stop smells coming back up
We have the same problem with 2 toilets we bought from Bunnings. One of the seats you can't tighten at all anymore and it slips around all over the place. Very disappointed.
The seat is a bit lose and needs the fiving nuts to be tightened. I cannot contact the Bunnings plumber who installed it. How do I get at the nuts? I don't have any installation guide. the plumber didn't leave it.
The seat locks are cheap they always become loose I've found
