I call crap on bad reviews – As a lic bathroom renovator for over 30 years I have been using the mondella range for at least 6. In that whole time only 3 issues. All 3 times I went back to supplier. Picked up another item. Went to client. Changed over. Back to supplier and was refunded faulty item. You don't wait. The prices are great. They have 5 year warentee Oh and I spend over 5k a month just on this brand. Well done. Shaun

Rubbish kitchen mixer taps – Purchased Mondella Maestro Gemma Twin Lever Tap from Bunnings in St. Albans, England, now gone! They’re not even two years old and are dripping something awful. So much for ceramic disk technology. Go for a well known brand and you should be ok. I’ve seen this brand being sold on eBay, obviously cheap Chinese imports. Save your hard earned cash and go elsewhere.

Flimsy waste of money – Shower arm is too weak to take any pressure. Trying to adjust the angle means you have to add or remove thread tape or the neck bends. Shower head alter the flow from too wide for my short wife to get wet, or a 2 inch wide torrent that is uncomfortable to use. As a tall man, it is either ok or a useless torrent. Both taps leak constantly, but to have them replaced under warrantee, i need to get a plumber in, take back the taps, await them being checked, and get new ones (weeks) and then get a plumber in (supplying said plumber details t Mondella/Bunnings, so they can check.

Easier just to buy another brand.

Tap covers only have the smallest of threads, meaning unless your tiler installed the walls at exactly (within a few mm, they do not fit.

With the demands under the warrentees, and the shockingly poor construction, i cannot rate this low enough.
