failed in 9 months. The whole point of purchasing these ceramic disc taps was to avoid replacing tap washers yearly but these taps started dripping within 6 months of service. When the ceramic disc valves fail they can not be replaced. Bunnings doesn’t even stock the ceramic spindles with a Matte black finish so trying to repair these tap sets becomes impossible causing the owner to purchase a new tap set every time they leak. I would have been better off purchasing a set of rubber sealed taps because when they leak the washers can be replaced for only a few dollars.
