Dont ever buy from this company. I placed my order early Jan only to recieve it in May. After so many emails back and forth finally got the product. Honestly the worst possible item i ended up spending money on.

They’re stealing money! 8months and still my order hasn’t been shipped! I’ve messaged them many times and always get excuses back and “in 2 weeks” it is to arrive. Nope never arrived. SCAM!!!

Wow to these reviews – Wow to these reviews. I have NEVER ever ever had an issue with this company. I have had some delays on receiving the orders with this company but truthfully I never minded because this sea moss is different. I feel really awful when I’m not using it, I highly recommend mos X DAILY

Great product even stopped coffee – This is a great product, Drinking coffee for 16 years and even stopped my afternoon. Thought I’d give it a go. Boosted my moods even my husband noticed. I am a returning customer.

I GOT MY ORDER PERFECT – I GOT MY ORDER PERFECT. Finally got my order and have been so excited to try, even got my hubs hooked. (Yay) The raw is like pretty tasteless but the acai is really good. I can really feel an instant change in my energy, gives me a good buzz when I would normally jump for something sweet and sugary.

I would rate them zero if i could. Absolute scam company, the owner must be a scammer. I got my money back by doing a charge back for 'goods paid for not recieved' through the bank and reported it as a scam company via the ACCC would recommend everyone else to do the same.

I will be pursuing a refund through my payment provider and reporting this to consumer protection agencies.

I ordered several products to try as part of a promotion the company was offering last year. I should have known the promotion was too good to be true, but I stupidly thought this since the owner was an Australian with a high media profile that it was likely legitimate. months later. I’m now learning that many other customers have been scammed in a similar way. It’s a shame business owners can get away with blatantly robbing customers in this way. The company still has an Instagram account and online shop despite thousands of complaints from people who have never received any products and very little communication from the business. Steer very clear is my advice.

The best sea moss I’ve ever tried. I could not take original taste of the sea moss and that’s when MOS X DAILY came to rescue me with flavour of mango and apple. Will purchase it again and again for sure.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Ordered 7 months ago and still not received product. They keep making excuses and will not refund. DISGUSTING they are still in business!

What’s worse is that I later found out NSW Fair Trading has received dozens of complaints about this company, and even issued a public warning. That says a lot. There are also serious questions about their so-called charity donations, which don’t appear to be verifiable.

The products may look appealing online, but the lack of reliability, transparency, and customer service is unacceptable. Until this company makes real changes, I strongly suggest others avoid wasting their time or money.

SCAM!!!!!! Do not buy from this company. Read the reviews. I waited 7 mths on my order, they we’re inedible. I was promised a new order after sending 100’s of emails but it never came and they are ignoring my emails.

Waiting on 2 orders from OCTOBER 2024. Spent over $100. Not only did they say they’ve sent the product when I followed up in November 2024 but to find out via the tracking link only a label had been created. Really disappointing as I was super excited to try this product being a massive seamoss fan.

Absolute scam! Have ordered with them months ago and still haven't received anything despite multiple attempts to get an update. There are many comments on their instagram of people who have the same issue but they are hidden.

Placed Order 21 Oct 2024, it's been 6 mths, have written 5 times and they said be patient, unfortunately this is a scam. They grab 1000.00 customers during large promotions and do not genuinely provide all the paying customers their orders. They block their own product review so you will only see positive ones on their sites. Very disappointing for a Australian run company. Consumers Affairs is next complaint.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Don’t even bother ordering. I ordered last Oct and now it’s April with nothing. I tried contacting the company, the owner with absolutely nothing except the same generic answer stating they don’t offer refunds. Don’t waste your money.

I brought off them 7months ago.. I’m unable to get a refund the emails are nonsense computers and can’t get ahold of anyone to sort this out. Business ethics are out the door and they’re literally stealing money from people. No response to IG DMs nothing. Absolutely nonsense business

Do not purchase from this company! Never received my goods and it has been 14 months. Contacted them and they have excuses! I will be looking at where I can report them. I asked for a refund- and reply was no. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would have given this company, or whatever it is, zero stars if that was an option, I ordered a product in October 2024 and as of April 2025 nothing has arrived despite regular emails and assurances from them that my product is “on it’s way” this week!!!. a refund after requesting one. Just keep stating they are harvesting and will get your order to you as soon as they can. Scammers that take your money and don’t give you your product and you can’t even get a refund back.

facing challenges with logistics and we will ship it this month" And while I have sent screenshots to them of the contradicting responses, politely asking for a tracking number - no one can give me one or any further detail. I understand businesses have challenges, but there's ways and means to manage and communicate these. I'm prepared to part with the donated funds I have given to Mos X Daily, but don't make my mistake and take your funds elsewhere.

COMPLETE SCAM! I ordered October 2024 and waiting over 5 months and still have not received anything. Their shipment email is fake. Their support don’t reply or literally say ‘no refund’. They scammed $50 from me and will be held liable.
