No apologies at all. I'm with AOL for my email server which can store up to 33,000+ emails on their server, so go figure. A terrible lackluster experience and customer service. No coincidence there is 96% negative complaints against Moshtix.

Just Left Hanging – Several attempts to contact Moshtix regarding a refund for the recent Vanfest nightmare, with no reply from anyone, has left me beyond frustrated. I'm not denying the negative experiences of others but at least on this occasion the customer service from Moshtix was flawless and exceeded my expectations.
Unexpectedly pulled through!? – A customer service legend actually managed to resolve my issue in 3 hours. After reading all the reviews here I was ready to suck up and pay the idiot tax and cry but I actually got the correct tickets now. Once I provided proof, Moshtix confirmed they'd sent the refund request to the event organiser, and promptly let me know when the request was accepted. I received a refund to my credit card 5 days after contacting Moshtix. I was pleasantly surprised as I thought it would be a more difficult and lengthy process to get a refund.

I sold my spilt milk tickets on moshtix and they never paid me the money !! Do not use them. I have written to the multiple times and have received no response ! In future if I can’t make an event I will sell my tickets via tixel. Never had an issue with them.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PURCHASE. I was charged twice because of a site error while purchasing through moshtix and they have refused to refund me any money, stating that the event is not issuing refunds. biggest joke was that "gifting" them to my friends I had to pay another AUD5 for each of the sections, ending up paying AUD35 just to change the name online for the ticket! from a surgery. The table was almost at the exit of the venue. Furthermore, I was not aware that this was a seated event as I enjoy dancing. To me, that's false advertising. Trying to buy tickets and your processing payment is just spinning. I tried waiting 15 minutes, multiple sites, cant even call ticketmaster, or moshtix to buy tickets. If the event has sold out then this needs to be clearly stated before we go through the order process. Its not fair to just leave customers hanging with false hope and expectations, phone data waste, and time wasted.

The website is an absolute mess. It wouldn't allow me to login to my account to access tickets, so I requested a password change. The link came about 10 hours later the next morning, after the gig. Tried reaching out to support but this does nothing. When the link did arrive, it doesn't even work. Please if you can get tickets through another page, do it. Moshtix doesn't care
Absolutely disgusting. Terrible customer service. Nobody replies to any emails. We had three tickets to the Nelly gig didn't use them and couldn't go as my son was in a terrible accident. Requested refund and was denied as didn't provide documentation. I'm absolutely appalled. I sent further emails to ask what documentation is needed and nothing after weeks of trying to contact them. I will never use Moshtix again.
Disappointed I can't give zero.
