The glass bottle broke when i opened the bottle top. Sliced my finger open and currently at the hospital

Couldn't open it and had to get the tool box – Had to use pliers to open as plastic pull loop broke. When it did open it spilt. The soy sauce was ok but come on the bottles virtually impossible to open!! Defective.
