Utter Rip Off – Called Mr.Flush, also trading as Randwick Plumbing, for a quote for an overflowing toilet. to say they had arrived, then she rang me again at precisely 12:26 to say they have left and charged her $795. As I was driving down my street I saw a vehicle driving with 2 men laughing hysterically. It then did a u-turn and pulled into my driveway behind me as he had left his mobile phone in my garden at the tap mains. Naturally I questioned how they could of done the job so quickly and at such an exorbitant price? I got all sorts of nonsense about pouring gallons of expensive acid down and bringing in an electric eel. All of which my daughter vehemently denies as she watched him the whole time. Then he demanded payment immediately, she told him I would be home any second and she was not allowed to pay as the credit card wasn't in her name. He insisted it was legal and she needed to pay quickly as he was running late for another job. I rang the head office again to complain, she said they are all very experienced and had studied long and hard to practice their craft. I call crap on that! My doctor has studied long and hard, and at university, and even he doesn't charge $795 for 11 minutes work!!! Never use this company!!! By the way, the toilet was never fixed!

Ask for George! – Im not sure of the other plumbers but the guy that came to our place was named George. He talked us through what our issue was and helped us immensely. Very polite and professional. Will definitely call him again.

you are using a plumber from the local paper,check carefully, as they may not advertise using their actual business name. Mr Flush did not have their name in the Ad. A dreadful experience for a pensioner couple.

Don't use these guys, their prices are ludicrous – What a ripoff, $450 for 10 minutes work, and everything they say is total lies, they take you for fools. Go elsewhere, these guys should be thrown out of the business for ripping off poor vulnerable pensioners.

Dishonest – Mr Flush Plumbing double charged my late father. Although promising to look into this, they did not and will no longer respond to my emails and calls so the matter has been forward to the Office of Fair Trading. I would not recommend using Mr Flush Plumbing.

Ripped Off Big Time – These plumbers are con men .. good at promoting themselves and their expertise. Ripped Off – Stay away from these guys. They quoted me $15000 for a job that got done for $2000 by other plumbers and charged me $750 for doing nothing. When I threatened them with consumer action I was told to go ahead

Worst plumbing service I have ever encountered – Without doubt, the worst plumbing firm it has ever been my misfortune to deal with; talked into unnecessary excavation work on the basis that it was urgent (it wasn’t) when less expensive less invasive alternatives were available; young inexperienced tradesmen; poor workmanship; no consultation or explanation during the job; outrageous charges… Read more

based on arbitrary figures from their own manual without regard to the job's actual worth; after being sucked in with a "clear blocked drains for $39" ad, charged $11,000 when worth $3,500 at the very most; site left in very poor state; surplus waste dumped on my neighbour’s front garden; only removed following complaint to management notifying penalties; instead of backfiliing the excavated cavity with gravel, cavity backfilled with same unsuitable clay and clumpy material that came out of the hole, causing a major subsidence four months later resulting in a large sinkhole in our driveway; [name removed], the company's frontperson will say anything, anything, to get the job, including the assertion that all these adverse reviews are being posted by other plumbers.

Rip off – I just took mr flush to the ncat tribunal hearing, was yesterday but he didn't turn up I was awarded amount of $800 which he charged me to do a simple job. If you want justice take them through ncat cost $12 if you are a pensioner, ground floor 2-6 station street Penrith or po box 988 Penrith ph [contact details removed] tribunal is in parrarrmatta.

Should be 'Flush' with shame and embarrassment – We were charged over $350 for a problem which was not fixed. Subsequently we were told that we would need to spend more money for a camera to investigate. We declined. Elsewhere our problem was inexpensively and quickly fixed. Our initial quote did not include GST (we thought this was illegal). We highly recommend you do not use this firm.

Don't ever use these people – I had a mains water pipe leak and called these guys..spent 20 minutes here and couldn't find the leak ..said they had to get a specialist to look .. $500 please.. the next guy spent another 20 mins with so called special equipment and again couldn't find it..apart from not turning up when they said they would.. Thanks Mr.Flush you took over half my pension for nothing... I advise anyone else especially pensioners to look elsewhere.

Professional Job – Prompt service. Professional job. Issac was polite,respectful and a lovely boy.He did a wonderful job. I'm not sure why some of the reviews say "crap plumbers". Obviously they didn't have Issac! Sue & Bill Normanhurst

Greatest Cons Consumer beware – Advertisement states "Same Day Service of It's Free" not free at all. They turned up the next day late in the afternoon did virtually nothing and charge $522 for a service which was not resolved and a further $272.80 just to change a tap where no plumbing was required. Was promised a discount but not given. These guys are the crap of the plumbing world with a "I dont give a crap" attitude.

Please please don't ever use them! – On every level - a terrible experience. They are late. They are rude. But that is minor compared to the outrageous amount they charge and the standard of their work is so poor they have actually done damage to our property. Please please don't let the same thing happen to you.

Rubbish – These guys shouldn't be called Mr flush they should be called jokers. Crap work, crap service worst people ever to deal with, they are not plumbers they are bummers. Please people never call these guys coz they will rob you.

Beware of these cons – There work is so shonking. Needed bath tub put in, and one tap moved, charged $550, Bath not put in properly and didn't move tap. And the excuses they gave us was so full of crap!! The only good review which was from [name removed]! Who works as a reception for this company!! Beware of these shonks!

Mr Flush Plumbing - use someone else – I ended up removing the blockage from the stormwater pipe myself after paying these guys. You pay for the investigation and if a trickle of water flows thru the pipe then they consider the pipe is not blocked. Quoted an excessive amount for new pipes.

awesome service – Got these guys out as an emergency. Got the job done and priced well. Very professional and nice guys who attended.

Blocked drains – Poor service and poor workmanship.Called to get Tradesman back to fix the job that they charged me for, wouldn't come. Do yourself a favour and call someone else.
