Mr-Steam Green Mobile Car Detailing

Really Disappointed – Upon raising what I thought was fair and valid feedback regarding some possible damage to my car, I was met with an unprofessional and hostile response. Despite repeatedly providing very positive feedback regarding other elements of the detailing, including the excellent job in removing a large stain, my pleasantries, smiley faces and words like ‘amazing’ were completely thrown back in my face and instead, I was labelled as “mean”.

I don’t believe that being aggressive and forceful when providing feedback is the right way to resolve issues but turns out being respectful, appreciative and friendly doesn’t get you anywhere either. Some professionalism from Mr-Steam would have resulted in a very different review.
