This tear happened with a an aging pet with a degenerative spine condition, elbow dysplasia and tendon issues in the shoulders. He's not a puppy playing with the bed, he's gentle and struggling a little.

This is a terrible quality product for the price. Took over four weeks to deliver and our two beds came separately. Really poor order status communication. Pillows are not plump. Base material feels very cheap like it could rip any second and the zip that holds the middle cushion in was broken upon opening. but it was not. The plastic was sticky and the pillow was hanging out of plastic everywhere. Not to mention, it had no kind of tags identifying it as to what it is, no literature about product and no packing slip. The pillow had a strong chemical order that made my entire living room stink. The pillow was smaller then the image they post on their website and it is very thin. My dog may as well be laying on the floor! You can purchase a better, cheaper pillow at your local pet store! I kept the pillow out for about a week before I contacted customer service. They told me I need to let the pillow fluff because it has been vacuum sealed and needs time to fluff. Right, it wasn't vacuum sealed! They also told me to let it air out a few days and try putting it out in the sun for the smell. Right! I shouldn't have to do that either. The cost will exceed what you paid for the bed. The company will offer you a 15% refund, which I got to 30% by complaining. The bed was too small for my dog and I had already purchased a different bed because of the long wait for USPS delivery.

DO NOT BUY – Worse than terrible. I ordered XLarge and received a tiny bed, much too small for my dog! The material is of inferior quality synthetic which my dog ripped apart to pull out stuffing in the first day. Delayed shipping, endless emails (when you can get a response) with the same apologetic AI tone. However, never a resolution. Good product but need to order big! – Good product but if you go by the weight charts you will get a bed that is too small. Go big! Horrible – I wish I had seen all these reviews before I spent $140 on three beds for my fur babies. As others have said, they took forever to arrive and once they did, they are so disappointing and flimsy. My dogs had holes in them in an hour. These may be considered ok if they were ALOT cheaper. WARNING, DO NOT BUY!!!! Hmm where do I start? First of all the order took forever to receive, almost a month, not the 7-15 days they advertise. I ordered the XL size and the bed I got is definitely, not even a L, it's a small bed. It's such a cheap and poorly made bed. It literally looks like a bed I could have bought at Five Below. I stepped on in and my foot could feel the floor.
