Muso City

Diesnt answer emails and doesnt give refunds – I ordered some strings assuming they would be posted, they werent. I was told all sales revert to in store purchase, bit hard cause im in another state. Told a refund was issued, never got it. Stay away from this store.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE – One would ask oneself if they are for real. One can only see fake ads which are not even matched for purpose. Will I go there again? Of course NEVER.

Cheap Chinese guitars – This is my local music store. When its open and when someone is in there, the products stock are just Chinses replicas of more expensive guitars. Really overpriced and questionable quality.

Service and product could do with a change – Muso City area local music shop. Highly unreliable for the basics like guitar strings and the sort.... everytime I go there's no one in store and everytime I call to enquire about something it's always too hard and a hassle. Horrible service... mediocre store.

Highly recommended – I've shopped with Muso City a few times over the past couple of years. The website is easy to navigate, the service is always good and everything I've bought is good quality stuff. Definitely reccomended!

Expensive Chinese knock offs and seconds – This store stocks replicas and instruments made in China. The service is sub par - if you're a beginner there are lots of more reputable music stores to go to other than this - save your money and go to a proper store
