MXG XE20SE-2 Excavator

Buying a MXG Excavator online – This review covers the recent online purchase of a MXG Excavator and the phone conversations with John (sales manager) concerning changes and upgrades to the original purchase Invoice. As I have only just purchased the MXG XE20SE Excavator plus attachments package I can't comment on the after sales service or the reliability of the product at this time. Having read all the reviews for MXG Excavators and comparing their prices for equivalent product from other companies supplying small Chinese Excavators, I committed to purchase a MXG Excavator. John, the Sales Manager was extremely helpful in allowing me to make several changes to the original $1000.00 deposit Invoice/contract, and even offered to refund my deposit if I was not completely happy with all the agreed changes and upgrades/prices. Having purchased the MXG XE20SE Excavator site unseen, I negotiated with John to visit the Braeside factory (during a visit to Melbourne as I live in Bendigo) to see the Excavator and attachments before paying the balance owing. John the sales manager also agreed to deliver my Excavator to Bendigo on the same day I paid the balance owing. Every detail negotiated (including changes to wording on the invoice/contract) were delivered as promised. In my dealings with John the sales manager, I found him to be trustworthy and honest. I have no hesitation recommending anyone considering purchasing an excavator to give John a call to discus your requirements. At a later date after having some time using the Excavator, I will write another review concerning the reliability and pros and cons of the MXG XE20SE Excavator plus attachments.
