thickness toppers come with the skirt to fit over the mattress snugly. It doesn’t, only the 5cm one does. They didn’t state this on website. The thicker one only comes with elastic band corners. Don’t buy at this price when there are better companies with better prices and actually ship from Aus not China.

They have not contacted me yet but have read my messages and made changes to their page since I sent them this morning. I won’t be letting this go until a refund is given. it is coming from China. I have gone onto the Parcel Tracking for China and the number doesn't exist. I have asked for a refund and was told that because I haven't received the Doona they can't refund me which sounds like a common issue in the reviews that have been left. I will warn others of how this company rip their customers off.

Avoid go somewhere else – Bad customer service. They do not uphold anything they say on the website. Scam! – It's pretty clear the products are not worth the money. I bought the cooling blanket for $119.99. The packaging indicates it is not worth this at all. I didn't get any feedback that it was shipped 12 days post purchase. I had to email before it was even sent out.
