Absolutely Terrible Customer Sevice. Would not recommend buying any goods from them as once you recieve it and its faulty there is no refund or help. I have emailed over half a dozen times to let them know that the reverse camera they sent cannot be set up with my phone as the app ot uses is faulty. Basically I am now being given the run around

piece of rope worth 50 cents at best after I paid $68. Don’t do it! Now fighting for a refund which of course they’re refusing

Nobody Home – Bought an indoor aerial for my TV but found it doesn't work and wasn't supplied with an RF adaptor which I had to purchase separately myself. No telephone number to call, so sent email messages twice at least 2 weeks ago and still no reply. I paid $20 for the item but it could have been $200. Can something be done legally to force these companies to pay money back or shut them down permanently? How can they still operate with impunity?

main item has to be bigger than what they have sent, but PayPal still close the case in The damn Daily Shop Aus! So never ever go buy from them! They are scam!

Phishing spammers – Same as the others, started spamming me several times daily. Unsub doesn’t do anything. Avoid these scammers at all costs. I suspect their unsubscribe button is only there to check which addresses are active.

SCAMMERS – Do not buy from these people. They say they will give you a full refund within 30 days, then they don't answer your emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY.

The absolute worst I've dealt with – I ordered 5 R.A.T. kits over a month ago, they were supposed to be in stock and being sent by "platinum express" post. They finally arrived yesterday after a bunch of emails where I was told nothing but lies, and obviously they weren't sent platinum express! They even stopped answering my emails. They are dishonest and would never buy from or recommend them.

Misleading – Bought rapid antigen, ad says its available and coming from Sydney warehouse but not true! Waited too long to arrived, no communication when contacted. Would never buy again, not recommended

Still waiting – Still waiting for products, still waiting for reply to email. Company os a scam, no communication. The company has taken money and no products to show for it. Avoid at all costs

Like the others have said – I bought a set of countersink drill bits three weeks ago, and the tracking number is still saying "shipping information received" when you enter it into the Auspost site. In other words, it hasn't been posted. Luckily I paid through PayPal, so I can get my money back. PS, somehow they got my email address prior to this, and spammed me unannounced

Scammers – I have never subscribed with this company and yet I am apparently a VIP subscriber. They are trying to sell me Rapid antigen kits and masks etc. Coincidentally everything is Covid related. Block, block, block

Spammers ... keep away! – Same experience as the many other posts previously. I may have bought something from them via Ebay, but I don't remember ever signing up to their emails which I now get daily. I've hit "Unsubscribe" many many times. I've emailed their customer service. No response at all. I've now blocked them as a sender - hope that works.

Bad seller – Some ordered and purchased items did not arrive. The Daily Shop will not respond to emails requesting reimbursement, to add insult I am now being emailed every day with promotional material

Relentless spam! Who owns DailyShop??????????? – I don't know why I'm being targeted with this spam, but it needs to stop. I've reported it as spam over 20 times. Can't someone in the know end this onslaught of emails?

STOP SENDING ME UNSOLICITED EMAILS!!!!! – Impossible to stop them sending daily spam emails, unsubscribe doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. Like all these other people complaining I never signed up to their mailing list and now can’t get my details removed from their spam lists. Surely something can be done to stop people being subjected to this?!!!!!

towels) or fit only for being thrown in the bin. It seems that the company started out selling to the USA and the UK, with hundreds of complaints, and has now morphed into Daily Shop Australia. There probably isn't a way to close them down, given that it's a Chinese company, but anything that can be done to stop people falling for this scam might help. I forwarded their emails to report@submit.spam.acma.gov.au and suggest anyone who has a problem does the same, or contact ACCC to report a scam to try to get the money back.

Just another scam emptying your wallet – Avoid at all cost. Giving them your CC details is no different from handing them to a Nigerian prince. They need to be investigated and incarcerated. Just professional scammers ripping money from thousands of gullible Australians every day.

non existing service – Have emailed this company 3 times about items not received but paid for in end October. They do not reply so do they exist? There is no phone number either

Avoid at all cost, report Spam – Never bought from them, never even heard of them, but they SPAM my email daily and cannot be stopped! Avoid them at all cost is my advice, now I must find a way to report and block them.

Misleading Advertising – Inventory is NOT kept at an Australian warehouse. It is distributed from there once the order has arrived from China. No response to emails querying an order. Expect lengthy delivery times. Auspost tracking is merely a smokescreen because Auspost DO NOT have the item when the tracking number is generated.

Do NOT order anything from this Chinese company – Do NOT order anything from this business, located in China. You will never receive the item ordered and if you do receive something it wont be what you ordered. Emails go unanswered, PayPal was the only way to get my refund. SPAM is endless, using many email addresses to continue to send SPAM

Very bad experience with 2 items bought on this month didn't come – I've bought one item on 2MAY and the order on 27MAY, they both not deliver or no one replied the email, I requested a refund on paypal now , hope i can get back the money!

Lousy customer service! – Terrible customer service! S They sent the wrong item, acknowledged it, and kept promising to replace it, but four months later, they still haven’t! Always pleasant in emails, but nothing happens!

have no respect for people who do not want to see their spam and you can imagine what kind of service or products you can expect from something like them. They also have been reported to ACMA for breaching the Spam Act.

Do not buy from TheDailyShop.com.au – Bought a massage gun. It broken when received it. Multiple email sent to them within 2.5 months. Initially, I asked for a refund they keep promised a refund. Never received a refund. I then asked them for a replacement. They told me the replacement was sent but no tracking number. I continue to sent email asking for my replacement they never respond to my email.

They sent me lights that look nothing like the advertised product(ok the sensor bit looks the same) & they are so cheap & nasty, poorly designed/manufactured the SMD led board has a bow in it as does the 'reflector' creating a 3mm gap between the Two so when they turn on its like lighting a candle! to top it off 2 of them didn't function as they should & their customer service is so pathetic they lie & take weeks(not kidding) to reply to you. I sent them numerous photos of them with only 1 or 2 rows of LED's Illuminating yet they still tried to say I did something to them!!!

To put it in perspective this mob advertised solar lights let's say they're equivalent in build quality/construction to an AUDI & they sneakily sent me lights equivalent in build quality to a DAEWOO. This company has the absolute worst 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' I have ever seen in all of my years, not only that, their first line of defence was to blame the customer for being a fool when the truth of the matter is they sold me crap & they are a DODGY ONLINE COMPANY operating out of a house & should be BANNED in AUSTRALIA for their DODGY Business PRACTICES!!!
