You have to pay for shipping insurance, even if you don't want it. They tell you that if you don't want it, pay for it, and then they will refund you. Scam. Avoid. This is illegal.

Was a bit skeptical about how these were going to come out but they look great! Quality was super too. XL was more like a Aust ladies size 10 but the measurements were spot on.

Great work – I accidentally ordered the wrong size and the team was quick to reply and fix my mistake with a friendly and positive attitude I will be back for more items in the future

Cats on socks – Very quick turn around, happy as, socks are so cute. Only thing that would be good is a bigger range of sizes - small size is still quite large. But be ok for bed socks :)

your money, then ask for an additional $35 for 'expedited post'. Evidently it is a scam, put simply, this company promise that you will have the items for your special occasion, take your money, then "yes we can get it to you but not unless we fleece you for more money". They are not Australian.

Don’t waste your money – Not happy. Bought for my partner for Christmas. Costed me almost $40 with shipping. Came from China so not even Australian. Arrived a few days before. I ordered red xxxl. They arrived black xs so would fit a 10 year old. Not happy at all. I’ve written complaining and no response. Never again. Don’t waste your money

Deceptive – Not an Australian company as the domain name implies. No indication at the time of placing order product was being shipped from overseas. Ordered 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas and now not showing up in time.

Product came exactly as I ordered it! Sound is clear and perfect. My Mum and her late husbands favourite song. I was so happy to give it to my Mum as a gift. Thankyou. I would happily use your company again and be confident that the goods would arrive as ordered.

Poor customer service and lengthy delivery time – While I understand this is a novelty item the quality of the product is really poor and typical of chinese crap. The length of time to actually receive it was very poor. Don't waste your money on priority shipping it takes 3 times longer than stated. Generic reply from the so called customer service with no real answers given to my questions about the whereabouts of my order. Steer clear, not worth the hassle.

Poor quality and customer service – Ordered a customized tshirt with 'stag night 2019' on the display picture assuming it was an old imagine and it would get updated to 2022 as you cannot change the writing. Nope. It came printed with '2019'. When I complained the chat agent said she can see my point and agrees it was an error on their part but would not refund! I also ordered some ladies underwear for my wife and sizing was way off. All round very disappointed.

Don't believe the negative reviews! – I ordered 10 x men's hawaiian shirts with custom faces on them. FACTS: 1. They were delivered ahead of schedule 2. Not AU site deceptive company – They are not an AU site like the pretend but fro China. Its states the tees are cotton and they are NOT cotton but a cheap polyester fabric. Wasted money for something going in to bin. When i ask for a refund they ask me to send a photo of the item, as if you can tell what fabric os through a photo

Fantastic service and product! – I ordered the personalised mens underpants after seeing ones my sister had ordered and I thought they were hilarious! Unfortunately the first pair had an artwork error but after contacting them they were super lovely to deal with and sorted it out and got the correct ones! Super happy with them and with such great service I’ll be using them again for sure and definitely recommend them! :)

SCAM!! – SCAM! Do not order from this place. I clicked "complete order" on my paypal account and it came up with error but my account still got charged. In the middle of trying to get my money back now.

Disappointed – Do not buy from this site - I wish I had of seen these reviews before I did. Not an AUS company as they portray, shipping only updates when I ask them why it hasn't updated (convenient) At this point I don't think my parcel is going to show up at all

Not worth it – Picture quality was horrible and this took over 8 weeks to arrive. Not worth it. Customer service on top of that is even worse. Would not recommend.

Fantastic Gift, good quality – It's always a risk buying online but these gifts came out beautifully. The pictures were good quality and look just like what was submitted. None of the images were blurred or incorrect. The underwear was really soft but did look a little larger than normal but they still fit.

Would rate negative 1000 if i could – PERFECT for those who wanna order from an australian company with the .au.......oh wait its hong kong? Oh well definitely for you if you love having mirrored images, blurred socks, and waiting 8 weeks....

Unless you are prepared to wait atleast 6 weeks for delivery, don't waste your money – Boxer shorts purchased early November for my husband's Christmas present. I was told they were being shipped on 24th November. It is now the 16th December and when I asked today when they'll be arriving, I've been told to be patient, they should arrive in next 7-12 business days. If you're thinking of ordering personalised clothing, definitely do not order through this company unless you're prepared to wait for two months delivery.

NOT a scam! – I ordered a pair of underwear for my boyfriend for Christmas and then after reading these reviews got spooked and made a dispute on PayPal to get my money back, but the underwear came in perfect condition within 2 weeks of me ordering them! I don't know why all these reviews are so bad - I ended up having to cancel my dispute claim.

replies when you query as to where your order is. I don't think my order will be arriving at all and I have asked for a refund multiple times with them just ignoring every request. Do not buy from this website! It is a fraud :(

Crappiest clothing on the market! – Got these as a gift for my boyfriend, and waited 2 months for my items to arrive! Which was understandable due to COVID-19 but even then, the material and the writing on my items were missing most letters. The stitching is absolute crap, and they’re already falling apart. I initially told them that I did not want the product anymore as it was for birthday gift back in February, however was advised that they could not retrieve the order to give me a refund. I have since then patiently waited as I am sympathetic of everyone's situation during this pandemic. And, even though I don't need the items any more I was still willing to give you guys some business. You have replied to wait, however have failed to give me a specific estimate arrival date and tracking order number. 3 months later, I am no longer sympathizing with your company. It is clear to me that you guys have not even sent my order nor willing to acknowledge this. The "wait for the product then a 20% refund will be given" is simply not going to happen. I have lost my job too and any money would help, initially I didn't care about the money hence why I was willing to wait and still give you a second chance and more business. But it clearly seems your company is a disgrace and taking advantage of the general population in this time of crisis
