very happy and good rewards program would recommend to others
Careful to read small print when signing up to My Rewards Australia
I purchased $100 of tickets to go into a draw, and then 2 days later they took out $20 without my consent, absolute scammers, don’t know why no one is investigating them, especially with all the bad reviews I’ve been reading .
Absolute thieves – I entered a one off competition and they drew $20 from my account months later. I read the conditions completely and it was a one off only.
Beware – Thought I had entered a one off competition to win a Harley but these slimy scoundrels took another $20 from my card the following month as well, seems I had unwillingly subscribed.
Scammers – They get your details from a competition. You find out you didn’t win the major prize and instead you’ve won a ‘home saver refund pack’.. all a scam. They kept aggressively calling me when I said I wasn’t interested anymore
No longer reputable! – I have ordered discounted gift cards from My Rewards in the past. They have been slow to honour the orders on most occasions but have eventually come through when I have repeatedly followed up with them. All this changed subsequent to my last order placed 4th May. I ordered $1500 worth of Coles Myer and Wish giftcards at 10% discount. This order… Read more
was due to be delivered early July but was never fulfilled. Similar story to what "David I" has posted. I followed up on my overdue order via chat and was told the cards were in the process of being packed to send. Time went on and still no sign of the giftcards. I returned to the chat to enquire as to the delay numerous times. It's true that they tell you "next week" every time you use their chat. Fortunately I had paid through PayPal and was able to get my money back through their dispute process, but they strung me along well into October with the promise of fulfilling my order. Do not fall for this scam, they may have once been reputable but not any longer.
Even FairTrade asks you to go Legal with them!!! – The organization I work for, being the stingy organization it is, decided to let go of a great rewards scheme and sign-up with MyRewards Australia, which to start with has made getting discounts far more difficult. But tha'ts just the start of the story. The organization promised to deliver gift cards 2 months after an order was placed for them.… Read more
And 6 months later I still have no sight of the cards. Their associates on chat promise to deliver the cards "next week" every time you use their chat. They've cycled through 3 managers (not surprising that they have this kind of turnover) since I started speaking to them who give you assurances and repeatedly let you down.
I decided to take the issue up with FairTrade and unfortunately they gave up a month later and asked me to go to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) to take the case up further.
This mob should be banned from ever doing business again.
Definitely a scam – This scam is still happening. Don’t trust, seems extremely suspicious. They reel you in … why is a competition still happening like this after almost a year. Not trustworthy at all
Very fishy! – Entered a competition to win a Jimney car, JetSki & trailer at our local shopping centre. No details of whom was running it & when asked was told “we do it every year out of the generosity of our hearts”. Figured with a name, suburb & phone number it couldn’t be too bad. Received a call today asking if I’d entered the comp, confirmed name, address… Read more
etc then proceeded to ask age, marriage status & if I rent, own or mortgage? Asked why they were wanting this kind of information to be told it’s for the demographics of who is entering these comps. Must have given the right answers because low & behold I was the miraculous winner of a $250 home package to find out if I have claimable money from overcharges on my mortgage or banking institutions. Just insert a USB to find out! Asked if there was some kind of follow up procedure & was told “0h yes, we send a consultant around”. Hung up & blocked number. Last time I’ll enter a competition! Nothing but information gathering to run this wrought.
WON A FREE MONEY SAVER PACK! – i was called up one day by my rewards and informed that i had won a money saver pack. as the economy is so bad ATM they made it sounds nice to have someone that could explain things to you to help. they told me on the phone that i would not have to give out any personal details. when the consultant arrived for the meeting, at first she was… Read more
lovely. she then showed us how the usb worked to get your refund on your mortgage. she then proceeded into the next step which was to explain to us how we would be able to save money , pay our home loan off faster and retire earlier. yes great okay we are still listening. she then starts asking us personal details. in which my husband and i are hesitant to answer. the first couple questions we answer as they are not directly about our fiancés. then she asked about or mortgage and to no details about our rates. i tell her no sorry i don't no that off the top of my head. she asks me to get out my bank statement i say no. then my husband says look sorry but we are not comfortable telling you personal details. to which she then snaps instantly at us and says well then why would you book a appointment. i did not i won this remember .... and then she gets angry yelling at us, my husband ask her how it is that she is making money from this if we are not paying anything. she refuses to answer. leaves the usb to help us with the "saving of money"" on our mortage and runs out!
MASSIVE SCAN. she was unhappy that she had be caught out. do not fall for this.
Also suspicious – My partner got a call about this around dinner time and they advised they had people in the area to come around the next evening to meet with us. He told them were busy until next week at which point they said they would phone again on Friday to confirm for the following Monday. Sounds pushy and after reading these reviews, I think I will tell my partner to cancel it and block, tell them firmly were not interested and block the number
Avoid, use at your own risk – I've had the rather unfortunate experience of dealing with this "business". Orders were only filled after lengthy delays and numerous excuses offered. If you don't mind abysmal customer service, no to little communication and apathy, this business is for you. To add insult to injury, it appears my data has been hacked as well. Stay away, and if… Read more

Likely a scam – Silly me signed up for a competition while at the Basketball, this was under the guise of My Money House, well now this company which I assume MMH is a parent company for has my details and called me to speak about this 'survey' which another review from an ex-employee left, was just a checklist to see if I was a good enough candidate for them to… Read more
call me and tell me I'd won some money saver pack.
They are extremely predatory in the carefully fabricated questions they ask you, so you can't comfortably say no, which is a massive RED FLAG. They also make you feel as if this is a way to catch a break from the current rising cost of living, which is really showing a lack of values, profiting from people that could be currently dealing with financial hardship is really a question of their ethics and morals.
Obviously, they are making money from this somehow. Whether they take a percentage or sell the data after who knows. (They wouldn't tell me)
I also happen to know people that have dealt with employees at the parent company, real pieces of work when they get angry.
Anyway, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Personally, I am staying away to avoid the hassle.
I worked here for 1 week – I don’t believe it’s super dodgy but was dodgy enough to leave after a week. Your cold calling ppl saying your just doing a survey. The answers to the survey are what dictates your a good lead or not. My job was to do the cold calling surveys. I lasted 1 week.
Asked me for paying money! – By mistake we got in their draw and then they kept on calling that we have won home saver package and silly us booked them. Anyway they came and started his presentation meanwhile he took all our personal details regarding home loan our account balance and very dodgy stuff. Gave us that software to use which sounds dodgy as well. And then asked… Read more
for $95 if we want to buy this package and be in contact who can really save us money! So I asked him then what brings you here and he said, I'm just advertising. We refused to pay and he gets very pushy, like why are we refusing? Are you sure? Think about it I'm waiting! You will get money back if you didn't save, like stuff and wasted 1 and half hour of my life. Do not let them enter.
Scam callers – Cold call people even though we're on the do not call registry. Do not trust them with any of your information. If they tell you it's a survey, hang up immediately.
Really happy – Not sure why there are so many bad reviews? I had a consultation, they were on time and the consultant was helpful and really nice. They offered me other services, two of which I chose to pursue. I used the loan saver and got back a few thousand dollars, took me about an hour, money was in my account within a fortnight…not sure how anyone could… Read more
complain about that. Only reason i wrote this is because I read up before booking a consultation and was really skeptical from seeing these reviews, but went with it anyway. After using it I have no complaints at all. The person I spoke with on the phone was really nice and informative too, I ended up referring a few of my friends and family as well.
Weird scammy company – Entered a “competition” of theirs like 5 years ago and a few months later got a call in my way to work from a woman saying they wanted to give me software to help us save money in our mortgage. I said I’d think about it and asked her to call me back after I had time to discuss it with my partner. He thought it sounded suspicious so when she called… Read more
back I told her thanks but we won’t be taking up the offer. She then got very pushy asking why that is. When I told her it sounded too good to be true she snapped “so you don’t want to save money?!” Which made refusing the “service” much easier.
Just looked them up again now 5 years later because they’ve recently started calling me again. Don’t enter the competition !!

Scam callers!! – I get lots of calls from these guys and when I answer they explain they want to do a survey, and I ask them to remove my number from their database and not call again (then I block that number) - then they call again from another number!!! Please just leave me alone!!!!
Scams Don’t Trust them – They called me many times to book an appointment and give me free software and traning. Keep me waiting for more then 2 hours and never turned up. Called me again after few days and asked me for another appointment and told me they have called me and informed me they cancelled the appointment. However, I never got any call from them. Waste of time. Can’t find any 5 stars reviews for them.
Most unreliable organisation – i received a call that they want to meet me at my place to explain the home saver package to make saving on home loan. 1st meeting organised at a specific time and i kept waiting at home, after 1hr of the time booked i receive a call that they could not find the house, this was the most silly excuse from them, a house near CBD location is not a… Read more
