Repair was poorly executed – Requested a resoling of a pair of scarpa hiking boots, sole replacement was poor match for the boot upper resulting in excess glue added to fill the gaps at the toe and overall an unsightly repair. not look like that when they left their workshop. Photos below I took when i opened the parcel. I requested a refund but no refund provided. $176 plus postage lost. Boots now ruined will never be worn again.
