I have been with my Options for years a Diamond Member trying to redeem my points and have contacted My Options staff a number of times and feel I am getting the run around and there communication is very poor and confusing. Unable to redeem my points have to show photo Id otherwise I will lose $120.00. All I am getting is ticket numbers and no answers. Why is this happening?? Do the Honourable respect
Yep same story. Been for a year got rewards then all of a sudden suspended. No reason. Lost over $100. Do not trust this scam company. Now my wife's account just been hit with same suspension. We were on top level. And her account had over $200 worth of credit. Now gone. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY
Follow-up · We were on top level. 10% bonus. Completed surveys honestly. They still cancelled our accounts, mine first lost over $100 rewards. Took so long to accumulate them. And my wife's account was next. They canned her. No explanation nothing. Again lost over $100 worth of reward points. My advice. Get out of the scam survey company and go to another reputable one. This one is based overseas although they state Aussie. Total scammers.
Wish I'd read more reviews before wasting my time doing surveys for the Scammy Survey Company. Didn’t know they don’t allow redemption of rewards until after I'd spent a few hours doing surveys. There's a mysterious 'glitch' in the redemption system that the MyOpinions Help can't fix - yeah right!!

Not a scam. But it is a market research company who will allocate points for 50% and fade out at the 90% mark for some, still getting the research , just not paying, or simply close early. They do swap pints for valid gift cards. So it is not a scam just a waste of time most days

bombarding them with emails to get to that point though. Joke website. Online surveys are mostly that, they reward you basically nothing and don't make them accurate enough to tailor everyone's needs, but MyOpinions is especially a joke
My experience has always been good with them – I just started using them again last night. Already made $40, and withdrawn to my paypal. They also deposit the money into your paypal instantly every 2000 points you generate which is great. I did use them a long time ago as well but took a break. Never had any problems with them. Not sure why they have such low reviews. I attached 2 photos, if anyone cares, but they are my favourite survey site.

transacting? I like this site. .01AU cents per point for surveys. Average is 270 points or nearly $3AU for a 20min survey. Occasionally can receive 1,000 points ($10AU) for completing 10 surveys in a month, which is achievable if consistently visiting the site. Hence, can't fault them. I've used other sites and not been very impressed. Often screened out too many times with others. Mind you, on this site it's best to complete your profile to 100% so you get good survey matching. Now these low life’s have added some digital ID verify crap thing and I cannot access the reward I’m entitled to. They are a pack of lying thieves. I don’t get remuneration for half the surveys I do and then I can’t access the reared that are mine. It’s a frikken joke My Opinions.
How many weeks later and still this scam organisation are robbing me of owed points who l equates to a substantial amount of money.
It’s certainly not acceptable that they expect myself and others to spend a lot of time doing their surveys and then they won’t pay what is owed.
I do not recommend this now scam company at all. Ripping people off is not acceptable at all.
Follow-up · The experience is the same. I spend many hours a week doing the surveys for My Opinions and more often than not I receive no incentive. I’m constantly addressing these issues with them to no avail. As with them. I don’t work for nothing. I expect to be paid for the time and effort I put in doing their surveys. It’s not too much to ask surely! I have been a member for over 20 years now. The company is not as it used to be.

This group of websites (valuedopinions, etc.) is developed by the same company, and these sites are riddled with Dark patterns.

I couldn’t believe it because I was spending more than the requested time on a survey I was given and I would actually take my time with answers. of course they closed my account when I had a lot of rewards sitting there Myopinions is not worth your time you can make money elsewhere with your time and actually get better rewards. Last week it happened again and I received another "Suspended" notification and an email stating "For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions". You spend time doing surveys but when it comes to redeem they make it hard to get, they are lie and don't trust them, you won't get paid, and you can't speak to a real person you get a bot that missdirect you, it's a scam
Id give it a 0 if possible, right after I verified my ID successfully, it kicked me out of my account and I was unable to log back in, the support service did nothing and I felt like I just got scammed for all my legal information.

Have been doing surveys on MyOpinions for about 5 years. Had a glitch with my account verification. Initially received a generic- AI? response. When I got onto an actual person I received a standard reply and no real help. I asked for details of issue but received no reply. This is very poor customer service and very disappointing
I had thought this was a good way to get rewards by giving honest opinions on a wide variety of topics, however recently I have had my account suspended. Trying to get any meaningful feedback on why this has occurred has been impossible and online searches have indicated that this is a common complaint for this website!
This site used to be great for surveys. This year it has dramatically declined. I am seriously over spending my time completing surveys only to at the last minute when submitting all my answers and demographics- to be told that I do not qualify. This has happened over 10 times now. I complained about it a few times. The first two times- they gave me the points. The third time, they stated they could not. Do not bother with this survey site.

After I had finished available surveys a message came up saying I had to provide proof of ID photograph drivers license/birth certificate etc. or my account would be closed. started not qualifying for any Survey, I went for at least a month of being rejected right from the start and many where I input some data then got rejected getting 20 points. I decided to give it up, I was owed $200 of which I managed to redeem $100 with gift cards then told I had to supply a copy of my drivers licence or passport for identification and the image had to be clear and visible, Why??. I lost the other $100. Proceed at your own risk, I do surveys for 5 other companies and all that is required is email / phone ID, just as it is when signing in to my bank.
