I randomly got blank screened by the dashboard and then I couldnt log back in, It says i have an incorrect login. I have been saving for a month and made around 9k points and I wanted to redeem it and then It just doesnt let me log in anymore anyone tell me how i can fix this, I tried changing my password and everything.

I am having the same issue despite using the website earlier today with no problems. I tried resetting my password, but when I try to login it still says it's incorrect. Bit worried by account been disabled/blocked

I'm sorry I can't help with that one all I know is that I just gave it up and it cost me $100 (10,000 points) to do so. If you do get back in, when you go to redeem you'll need to load your drivers licence or passport to do so, that's why I gave up. I was a Diamond member, the highest you can go.

I've been with Dynata, who control My Opinions...Opinion World...and Valued Opinions for over TEN YEARS. Getting answers that make sense from them is impossible. I sent them a letter, telling them I wanted out...FOREVER...and to transfer my 'rewards' money to my bank! No answer...just like their emails. They will be getting a call from CONSUMER AFFAIRS shortly. They owe me in excess of $1,000. Has anyone else been paid off? Drop me a line on ruglen@tpg.com.au John.

I decided it was time to change my password for My Opinions account and when I got the email with the password reset link I got a RED ALERT saying it was from an unsafe sender and someone was trying to steal my details, so I marked it as safe because I was actually trying to reset my password, I went through all the steps to reset things and it keeps rejecting my new password/s even though I am doing everything they ask of me, like more than 8 characters and at least 1 number and 1 letter included, It just won't accept my new password attempts, has anyone else had this issue ? I am becoming frustrated with this survey site because last year they blocked my account for no reason and then a day later they reinstated it and now I'm having this issue.

I had a similar problem, could only solve it by writing to them via email, resolved within a day or two. Can write to them at support@myopinions.com.au

Thanks I got it sorted but not within a day or two it took nearly a week. I really don't know what happens with My Opinions when I keep getting a the red alert, I told them about it and they weren;t too concerned.

I have a pop up to accept cookies that blocks my account what do I do as it will not let me accept it either

How do I get my reward cards from your site? I will need to use them om my iPhone.

When you click on redeem you can choose which e-gift card you want. They email you an e-gift card which you can use electronically. At the checkout you put in the card number and pin to redeem the voucher.

You will send it to my iPad but I then need to send it to my phone. The phone has a different email address but the same phone number you hold.

Why am I always targeted by Suspending my Account twice within weeks apart? And I have 1140 points that I earned and wanting it for my time & effort at least.

How many other people are having increasing issues with myopinions of non payments, spam emails and flagging your account for no reason ? I have been with them for over 5 years and over last couple of months it getting worst and worst and you just get no real help to the problems .

Been with them for a while and now they've suspended my account as soon as I tried to redeem. I can still access the account and also do surveys! Unbelievable.

After reading all these horrible stories of people not being able to redeem their rewards after being terminated for no reason whatsoever, is there anyway to actually hold this job accountable.

Hello, I faced the same issue that while redeeming the points my account got terminated and wrote to them, though the response was slow they reactivated my account. I was able to redeem my points.

If you want to really annoy them ( and have a better chance at getting help) get on their facebook page and have a whinge This is what my son did after trying for over 3 months the have his account re-activated along with the over 10,000 points it held After doing this they fixed it all up with-in 48 hrs

Does it have an address? How to contact their helpdesk for sms verification via mobile? They keep sending out standard responses but don't actually solve the issue.

I have had my account terminated after earning 2040 points. I am thoroughly annoyed about this as I have spent a lot of time doing these surveys. I have had numerous problems with the site and found it difficult at times to get logged in. Please reply together with the gift card for $20 for the 2,000 points earned. Thank you. Maureen Douglas

They owed me $30 for a 7 day survey which I had just finished and I had over 1100 points as well. Refused to tell me what I had done wrong. It is a SCAM, they get paid but those who do the surveys get dumped
