Great Service! Super Fast Delivery! – I recently bought an Epson Xp 15000. Very happy with the pruchase and the price was cheaper than the other companies. The service was amazing and very caring. They emailed to let me know that the delivery was unsuccessful (my fault). I would recommend and will definitely shop from here again. Thank you!
Does not honor price – Bought a camera from them, after purchase they claim that they don't have stock and will refund me but still have the same device available on their website at a much higher price. Will never buy anything from them as they are not honest with their clients and are rather rude when trying to resolve issue.

I chose the bank transfer and had invoice sent to me. Paid by bank transfer and NanoByte acknowledged the payment within 1 hour. The shipping information then quickly came through within the next hour. NanoByte also had the cheaper delivery cost than most of other retailers.
Paid around 8am, and the delivery hit door at around 2pm! Never had a same-day delivery ever! The speed of this service is amazing by NanoByte. It helped that Brisbane had local stock but still amazing experience. The communication post delivery is also satisfying, that the staff called next day to confirm the delivery.
I did have reservations about NanoByte because never heard of this less famous online retailer, however, it turned out to be a drama-free, reliable, and speedy service provided by NanoByte with great price! Recommended!

Sourced a product that no other vendor could – Was initially hesitant to use this business due to some negative feedback elsewhere. Great Price and Great Service! – I purchased a laptop and computer bag from these guys. Computer was delivered in 3 business days! I purchased the computer bag after the laptop and I rang the guys and they happily worked with me to combine the freight (they didn't have to do this but they did). A grest internet purchsing experience – Really easy to deal with and very fast delivery. I wish all online stores were this good. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Phone contact was with the sales representative (not a call centre) and you talk to the same person each time. Got emails to advise of order status and even a follow up after the laptop was received. Very fast order processing, delivery and excellent customer service – Bought a Lenovo laptop. Order was processed within 48 hours. There were some issues with Star Track which delayed the delivery. Purchase of Screens - Delivered as promised – Ordered 3 Dell monitors on 24/06/2016 and was assured that they will be delivered on 28/06/2016. As promised the screens were delivered on 28/06/2016. Nanobyte communicated well & kept me informed.
Not solutions of any size, just problems. Big problems – I bought a laptop from them, and it proved to be faulty. This isn't their fault, but it is their responsibility to rectify the sitaution. No, they insisted, I cannot return it to them at my own expense, to speed the process. They claimed it had to be done this way and it had to be returned to the distributor, despite consumer law stating faulty goods need to be returned to the point of sale. Meanwhile, and within 2 days of my calling them, the laptop manufacturer authorised a credit to NanoByte and asked for it to be replaced and told me I could collect it from Nanobyte. No chance. Nanobyte refused!
It's incredibly frustrating when you're tring to remain civil, and move a process along, only to be stymied by the seller. Even the laptop distributor, after arranging a conference call to get things going, eventually threw their hands up in despair.
I logged a dispute with PayPal and Nanobyte begged me to close the dispute, saying they would then return my money. So I did, and a week later, still no money, just a harassing number of phone calls telling me they are "customer focused" and my money is safe with them. I need it to be safe with me.
My biggest mistake was accepting them at their word, because they clearly misled me. and on a number of occasions. I have no trust in anything they say.
Really, if you want to take a chance, by all means do, but if my experience is typical, if anything goes wrong it will take weeks to resolve, and I'm not there yet. I have raised a complaint with Victoria's Consumer Affairs, but fully expect to go to VCAT to arrive at a final solution.
