Tank roof caved in on delivery, ages to replace with no compensation – On delivery, the tank roof caved in and the tank needed replacement. Took them another few weeks to get replaced. In the mean time, we had 60mm of rain and they offered no compensation for the loss of water. Stay clear from these guys.

Poor construction – Purchased two large water tanks. First heavy rain one tank roof caved in. Second light rain, second tank roof caved in. Took ages to get Poly industries to fix it and in meantime lost available rain. Had to empty the tanks to fix the problem and no compensation from Poly industries. Same thing happened to neighbour who had also bought two. Both caved in. Poor follow up service

Good – I purchased one of these tanks for a special purpose. I wanted a high walled tank (to assist with water pressure) but smallish diameter as I had limited land area. The shed roof collecting the water was higher than normal therefore I could fit a higher than normal tank under the eaves.
