Aging is a pain in the butt – My wife and I purchased, sometime ago, a life time membership with National Seniors. At the time I was asked would I prefer to receive their magazines [regular] in the post or read online. We chose magazines in the post [just like the RACQ etc.]This was a verbal contract. Suddenly the magazines stopped without written notice. They claim to understand and help the elderly and we need to have a choice. I contacted them explaining that other businesses eg. RACQ etc. etc. sends us their magazines. Also about giving their word [a verbal contract] when joining. Their response was we do it this way now. This very cold and shows a total lack of integrity. So what is new these days.
