Nationwide Spares

Placed an order 21/3/26, said 2-3 day delivery for my item, 12/4/26 still no confirmation of dispatch and won’t respond to inquiries or emails. Luckily paypal refunded me. Poor service, don’t recommend ordering off these scammers.

I would give no stars but it is not an option. I ordered a spare part for a kitchen appliance, after 5 weeks with no item or contact I contacted them. When ordered, the item was on their website and when they finally contacted me they said they had to outsource as it was not available. They ordered an item from Doug Smith, on the Gold Coast and when it came it was the wrong part. I contacted Doug Smith and they said they had a no return policy and would not receive or exchange the item even though I gave the correct appliance information but Nationwide Spares actually ordered the part from them. Neither would take any responsibility or refund my money. Do not in any circumstance deal with Nationwide Spares. They are unprofessional and unethical. I would also avoid Doug Smith as any company with a no return policy can send you anything and take your money. All in all a scam.

I ordered spare parts for my Falcon oven from here. I needed a new catch, and hinges. The items came within the time frames advised and I thought the prices were good (cheaper than Falcon spare parts direct).
