Paid $350aud for NZ maps 2025, they sent me 2023 cd or dvd instead and dose not work, emailed them and they said that's the only one they have for NZ, again no NZ maps only australian maps, does not work be aware.

The disc they sent did not read. I should have known it was a scam company because they only had banking details.

Had originally bought 2014 and worked fine (still using it). $100 difference. sent the 2014 Disc to the return address in The Guilford Business Park in theUK ($30 cost) disc came back from the UK say the Business Park had never heard of Navigation Australia. Couldn't get any response from Navigation Australia so decided to burn the $180 experience. Then, like an idiot I tried them again, gave them all the same vehicle info ... received the 2020 disc and it wouldn't work ... the system just kept saying "Insert Navigation Disc" Went back to Navigation Australia response "Get Lost" after sending me their refund policy "Once disc delivered no refund" Under no circumstances deal with this Mob!"

Abominable and untrustworthy DO not use – I purchased the latest 2023 V16 for $350 on 8/6/2024. I waited ages and received a CD not a DVD in a broken case. I contacted my bank with photographs of my direct debit ( the only payment they accept ) for $350. The bank scam people looked at the site and told me it looked very suspicious. Consumer affairs contacted a few times requesting a refund and Navigation Australia have blocked them. Consumer Scamnet are unable to contact them either. The purchase was returned to sender to and English Address on the back of the envelope, and I emailed them that the product was of no use to me and returned to sender. So I have lost $350 which is a lot on a pension, trying to tie up any loose ends for love of my life only to be had by this mob. I purchased from them because they were Australian and at 71 how am I to know they were a scam site ?

Please learn from my misfortune DO NOT DEAL WITH NAVIGATION SYSTEMS AUSTRALIA they are rude, and and do not send the product you need and refuse refunds or communication from your bank, or Consumer protection. I wish I could articulate more how diabolical this lot are…please be extra careful.

Bunch of crooks – Filled out the order form correctly, identified the vehicle correctly and its version/model of Nav System. The muppets sent out a DVD type update!! Update for those who have fallen victim

I have been able tolocate the exact address of where Navigation services Australian works from in the UK. I have filed a Police report on this scam business with the Surrey Police Station in the UK. The proprietor of this business, whatever alias he is currently using, thinks by being in England, but scamming across the rest of the world makes him immune.

Well maybe this time he will find out differently?

Further update that will give some satisfaction for those many people who have been screwed over by this crook. Surrey Police crime report incident number 45240033937 has been filed. Those that want a piece of this mongrel, and maybe get your money back, can write to Surry Police and quote the incident number

Do not trust Navigation Systems Australia – Bought Navigation Maps for my car from Navigation Systems Australia, requested confirmation that the maps I was buy were compatible gave all information to check against car model vin and current map series was told maps were correct .On arrival disk did not work was told was my problem I bought wrong maps would not exchange for suitable map or refund we need to get this site taken down.

Useless SD Card update for VF2 Commodore – Sent an SD card to update Nav system in our VF2 Commodore but after checking with Holden there is no way of uploading the update. Refuse to supply a refund despite checking prior to purchase that this would work. Do Not Purchase anything from these SCAMMERS!

that entirely useless DVD in the full knowledge it would not work and then said I would have to send them more money to achieve the update. They have refused to refund me as it was "my choice" to order the DVD. They may slither around Sydney Markets as the street address they gave me is not valid but close to the Markets and is on the other side of the road from other addresses they use. There is a spelling mistake on the disc they sent me, the NZ 0800 number is disconnected but a google search says it was Tomtom, it says "Australia Map" although it is supposed to be a NZ update. Read all the other scam reviews as I should have done first and don't touch them with a barge pole.

Don't Fall For Them – Terrible service. First disc doesn't work. Asked for a return and covered the postage to the UK. SECOND disc didn't work and got a crappy response about how it's not their fault and they essentially don't give a crap. Paid a car tech to check see if it was my car system and the techn said it was a blank CD!! They write their own reviews on their site. It's disgusting.

Poor customer service – I purchased a navigation product advising the company my car details including VIN number. Scammers – They take your money and product doesn’t work they are an English company and don’t refund or care what you do

They will send you a SD card for $350.00 but wont work They are not in, or a registered Australian company you can not call them on a phone number They do not have a ABN They do not accept any other payment method other than direct credit to their account Once they get your money, say goodnight to it. Wouldn't give it even 1 star – Company does not have phone number, does not accept emails, does not accept either PayPal or credit card. Only accepts direct bank transfers and will not speak to you about their so called navigation updates via either CD card or DVD. Simply expects you to transfer money into their bank account to receive their products? Talk about dodgy practices. Do not use this mob!!!
