Do not waste your time trying to save a few dollars. Do not issue vouchers/discounts in a timely manner and do not respond to emails/phone calls to follow up. Avoid at all costs.
Unreliable – My daughter requested and paid for two e-vouchers, first one worked fine, second one could not be redeemed as there was no link in the email to download the voucher. Scammers - poor excuse for a company – I wish I could give a negative 0 rating. Worst customer service experience ever, very rude and condescending tone (when you finally get a hold of someone). I requested a refund on tickets due to their technical faults and they tried to avoid refunding me. Save your time and money and go straight through official websites for purchasing tickets, not these 3rd party scam artists.
RIP OFF – Took my money for tickets never received them. Now won't return calls or emails.
Vouchers wouldn't work – Village cinema vouchers wouldn't work. Took excessive time on phone to have it sorted, was late for movie and left me stranded forcing me to pay double for our popcorn and drinks. And they're making it difficult to be reimbursed. Very inconvenient. So 2 years later, thought I'd give them another try and you wouldn't believe, the vouchers wouldn't work. And now I'm expected to jump through hoops to be refunded.
Beware of their Online payment System – Their online payment system deliberately lags(up to 3mins) without any indicator of payment confirmation ( e.g. when purchasing movie tickets via RACV). You end up pressing submit payment again and it lags again without showing any payment confirmation. You give up then eventually discover in your email that you bought a whole lot more… Read more
tickets than you originally wanted. When you try to cancel the extra tickets you are promptly reminded that as "per our terms and conditions of sale, please be reminded that eVouchers cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded". Got to hand it to them..what a NEAT IDEA to boost sales.....
Not understanding at all – Not very helpful I know it was an oversight by me, my Rottnest ferry ticket was 1 day out and they would not honour my ticket. RAC weren’t very helpful either

A non genuine reward is a scam.
Hardly a customer loyalty reward when the same product is cheaper to buy from Big W.
I don't know how many examples there are, this was the first and only item I looked at.
The ACCC are no doubt too under funded to tackle such behaviour, but nevertheless, it is unacceptable.

On this occasion the scam is being done in conjunction with Alinta Energy, that 1.8 stars out of 5 stars wonder here at Product Review, 1176 reviews at the time of me writing this.
It is disgsusting that businesses behave like this, and they need to be called out.
What ever happened to honesty ? Genuine rewards for customer loyalty.
