Users note a significant disconnect between advertised introductory prices and subsequent account charges. The service structure often leads to confusion regarding ongoing financial commitments, compounded by difficulties in reaching support teams for resolution.

Follow-up · Nebula the company that scammed me has also somehow where the dispute transaction (something not right) has been removed so one cannot do an automatic dispute one has to try get on the phone which is nigh impossible oe go to a branch. My experience was pretty average until I got to the payment part. I was on my laptop, doing a few things at once, so I didn’t fully focus on the details. It looked like a one-time purchase, so I went ahead. Later on, while reviewing my monthly expenses, I noticed something didn’t add up. That’s when I realized there might be ongoingcharges attached. I ended up spending more time trying to understand the billing than actually using the service.
Expected something quick and straightforward, but the experience left me double-checking my bank statement. The initial price looks small, but the final cost doesn’t match that first impression.

I ordered a $1 palm reading which I had to bug them to send me because all of sudden when my reading was done, the link stopped working. Then today was charged $66 AU for a subscription I didn't authorise. [Name Removed] very abruptly let me know I wasn't getting a refund even after showing me proof I only authorised the $1 and NOT the… Read more
subscription. Yes I have escalated it with PayPal including evidence of Nebula doing this to other people. Nebula should be shut down and charged with theft

refuse to refund the unauthorised payment.- - this service is a blatant bait and switch and extremely deceptive.
Follow-up · After more than a dozen attempts to get a refund they flatly refused. Be very careful and make sure if you ever see them to not make the same mistake. A completely dishonest and unscrupulous set up.
Buyer beware! This is a huge trap! They offer a low cost trial and then when you are confirming the trial all these windows come up as confirmed when you are just confirming the free trial, and suddenly, the 'extra services' are charged! This is a… Read more
huge scam. Do not fall for it. I got the free trial which is supposed to include 30 seconds of free 'consultation' but after 15 seconds a window comes up and you have to extend or end the chat. So actually 30 seconds is only 15 seconds! This is a huge rip off! And the app is terrible. It just freezes all the time and you get nowhere. It's impossible to contact support in person, you can only send an email and then they just do whatever they want without asking. Do not do it.
Follow-up · When I emailed support they basically refused all my claims and said I had clicked on the pop-up and so I was liable. I explained that I was confirming something else and the pop up seemed deliberately designed to trick people by appearing over the top of something else you are doing, but that didn't change their attitude. I was only using the app… Read more

I expected a small one-time payment, but Nebula turned out to be more complicated. The pricing structure isn’t explained clearly enough, and that creates confusion right away.
I didn’t mind paying for results, but I expected a clear one-time payment. Instead, the billing turned out to be more complicated than it initially looked. The platform presents pricing in a way that feels simple, but important details are not very visible. After completing everything, I had to go back and figure out what I actually agreed to. The lack of clarity is what made this experience frustrating.
Looked like a simple and cheap service at first. After completing everything, I noticed that the amount charged was not what I initially thought. It feels like the pricing is structured in a way that can easily be misunderstood.
I came across Nebula through an ad and decided to try it since the entry price looked very low. The test itself was quick and fairly simple, nothing particularly impressive. What really bothered me came after the payment. I noticed a higher charge later on that I didn’t clearly expect. The pricing structure isn’t presented in a way that’s easy to… Read more
understand at first glance, and that creates confusion. If everything had been explained more directly upfront, the experience would have felt very different.
I actually found this service from an online ad and decided to try it out of curiosity. The test itself was fine, and at the end I paid a small fee to see the results. Nothing unusual at that point. But later I realized that more money had been charged than I expected. That’s where the frustration started. The pricing didn’t feel transparent, and I honestly didn’t understand when I agreed to anything beyond that first payment.
I didn’t get the kind of answer Iwas hoping for. The response felt generic and not helpful at all. I usually like detailed and thoughtful explanations, but this wasn’t it.

What upset me was the gap between the small entry price and the larger amount that followed. Even if the details were somewhere in the process, they were not obvious enough. I came away feeling tricked by the way it was presented.
Clicked on a Nebula ad out of curiosity and ended up taking the full test. At the end there was a small payment, which didn’t seem like a problem. But later I noticed a much bigger charge, and I honestly don’t remember agreeing to that. That’s what made the experience frustrating for me. The pricing flow on Nebula wasn’t clear enough.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. Had to cancel my card because charges kept appearing without clear approval. Even after trying to stop it, payments still went through. This caused a lot of stress and unnecessary hassle. Now I’m dealing with my bank to try and get the money back. Would not recommend.
Theexperience felt disappointing because the initial price caught my attention, but the actual financial commitment turned out to be bigger than expected. I think services like this should explain recurring costs much more directly before taking payment.
The platform gave me the impression that I was paying for something small and straightforward, but later I realized the cost was not as limited as it seemed. I would have been much more careful if the full pricing had been presented more clearly.
I honestly thought I was paying a small one-time fee to see my results. Instead, I ended up being charged more later without really understanding how it worked. The pricing is not clearly explained, and it feels like important details are hidden behind nice design. Not a good experience.
SCAM, you authorise a one off payment of $1.00 then a week later they take US$42.99 for receiving absolutely nothing. Do not authoorise any payments to this company.
I paid $9 thinking it was just for one reading. A few days later, Nebula withdrew $49.99 without my consent. Their support ignored every message I sent, and I never got my money back. Completely dishonest and frustrating experience.
I paid just $9 for a quick prediction, thinking it was a one-time payment. Later, Nebula took $49.99 without any notice or consent. Their customer service ignored every email I sent. This feels like a deliberate scam, not an honest business at all.

They took 13.67$ for a prediction, then charged another 49.99$ without telling me. I reached out to support several times, but no one replied. It’s a total scam that preys on trust and hides behind fake astrology.
They took 13.67$ for a short reading, then 49.99$ again the next day. I tried contacting them but got no reply at all. It’s clearly a scam operation that keeps billing you secretly.
They offered a cheap 5$ reading, then charged 49.99$ more without permission. Their emails stopped once they got the money. I tried reaching out multiple times, but nobody ever answered. I feel cheated and angry I trusted this site.
I paid 1.99$ thinking it was a one-time reading, but then AskNebula took another 24.99$ a few days later without permission. Their customer support didn’t respond to any of my emails, and I never got my refund. Feels like a deliberate scam to trick new users.
They started with a simple 1€ prediction, then charged 24.99€ without my permission. No email, no warning, and support ignored every message. Feels like a scam operation hiding behind astrology.
I joined AskNebula for a simple €1 prediction, but later €39.99 was taken from my account without notice. When I contacted support, there was no answer at all. This feels manipulative and deceptive, not a trusted service.
They charged me 1€ for a reading but withdrew 24,99€ more without my consent. No warnings, no refund, just silence from their support. I regret trusting this site, they’re taking advantage of people looking for guidance.
I paid 0.99$ thinking it was a one-time prediction, but my card was hit again with 19.99$ the next day. Their customer support didn’t respond to a single message. I had to block my card to stop further charges.
