saying I am cut off from all promos upon a review. If you don’t want people to utilise promos then don’t offer them. And super dumb to take them away when someone is clearly not winning with them.

Ned’s offers promotions and then decides to stop allowing you to use these promotions. Worst betting option. Will close my account and tell everyone to avoid Ned’s. Maybe their terms and conditions should say that you are only allowed to make bets that lose.

Stay the hell away from this company and its sister Ladbrokes. Only care about customers that bet big $$$.. they close accounts with no warnings and offer no explanations despite your requests to speak to management..

Absolute joke. Suspend my account and when I argue with them about getting my money back ($150+) they deem me too much work. Joke of a company. I will be taking my punting elsewhere!!!!…

Absolutely terrible site, basically stole hundreds from me after voiding a live bet. Do not recommend. The bet won but was voided after the game had started. Poor customer service as well

By far the worst betting site. I haven't used the for years after they denied a bonus bet that I had qualified for. Borderline criminal. Try sportsbet or bet365 they and much much better.

The worst betting corporate in existence ! Do not bet with them. When you start winning, they will close your account. Their communication is very ordinary to say the least and that's if they return your call or live chats.

Have been a customer of Neds for several years. Anytime they have had any technical issues or if something occurs that doesn't make sense to me or if I've misunderstood certain aspects of betting tools etc they have been very helpful & accommodating. thier game & over last 5 years, particularly in last few. I stayed with the app bcos I prefer the sites layout & I enjoy thier toolbox way better than other agency's. I consistently tell my friends the upside of Neds compared to thier apps. Thier toolbox just keeps expanding leaving thier competitors behind. They've even been bothered enough to ask if I had any ideas on ways to enhance the app experience..

Highly recommend Neds for an enjoyable & rewarding way to place your wagers.

it takes 20 mins to pay out on a race .? WAYYY longer than other bookies . Why anyone would want to gamble with this cheap and nasty no frills mob is beyond me! Any excuse not to pay out – Contacted customer services about a bet. Neds responded the bet didn't win, so they didn't pay out. Their system shows the bet won. Contacted again, Neds stated they paid out. The system clearly shows they didn't pay out. I wish I had read these reviews before I signed up. I have cancelled the account and to another agency which has good reviews

Ned’s live chat needs to go back to customer service school – Live chat support has no idea how to keep customers. They never offer bonus cash without depositing and matching a certain percentage. They really need to go through live chat transcripts of customers and look at fundamental flaws in “customer service” and customer retention

No justice refund – No justice refund like Sportsbet stole my money when a player was injured after 8 minutes and refused a justice refund Sportsbet paid out there customers do not use. Absolute terrible service closed account do not use

Ripped me off 50 – Deposited 50 as neds advertised will match 50 but they didn't. So they scammed me to join. Unsure how people can bet with these web companies. They advertise so much to reel you in and then can rip you off. Complaining is slow and too late.

Ban you for winnning – They banned me after I won $3000 over the course of the AFL season of 2023. They also banned my partner who won $300 that same season. They will quite happily take your money off you but as soon as you start winning it's a ban. I bet with 4 other bookies over the last 4 years and no bans. These guys should be held accountable.

cancel my memebership after I claimed a promotion and they didn’t pay out the bonus bets (which I had numerous battles prior) - I decided the lesser odds with Sportsbet (as an example) were well worth the ‘less hassle”. Good riddance.

Very slow app – Neds app just freezes sometimes which is very frustrating when you’re trying to place a bet on a race that is about to jump. It also happens with Ladbrokes which I believe is the same company. I know it is not my phone as have turned it off/on etc, re-loaded both apps and it doesn’t happen on other betting platforms

RE: Dog was scratched and not refunded. Mess around to get money back – Placed a dog bet and the dog was scratched. Did not receive my money back. cash out it used that one leg to say that it needs to have resulted before cashout is offered however cash out is offered for the same sport final outcome witch odds based on a 3%? when I asked about this they have no rational response at all. They claimed to speak to the bookmaker within 10 seconds but I doubt they spoke to anyone because it is clearly a glitch in the system. I went to place a bet and no place to select nsw totes. You are stupid if you decide to bet with neds. Now I bet with bet 365 which honour their customers with nsw totes. Discusting rotten dogs neds are do not bet with them!!! I recorded the phone call and took screen shots. I asked for that information to be emailed to me which was not. Extremely poor returning funds and closing your account – I made a deposit into my Neds account from an account that was not in my name. As such Neds did not deposit the funds into my account and made no attempt to return the funds to the account that it was transferred from. Following this poor experience I decided to close my account. While they closed my account they did not return the balance in my Neds account to my bank account. I have contacted them to have these funds returned and provided my banking details. No doubt Neds would keep the balance of my account until I requested that the balance be returned.

I would not think about opening an account again with Neds and recommend you stay well clear of this organisation.

Terrible – Cancelled my service for getting angry at a team member. Have been member for 7 years and deposit 400 a month every time. Not that this means anything but never recommend.
