Hi all, should I ask Neds about why a bet of a horse who was not even in a race (Sweden Elitloppet, Jushua Tree was injured and was not selected)was a loss? Also a bet on a seat still pending?

Not sure what your explaining exactly Havana D. , but all I can suggest is that it may of been an All In market & if so they usually don't provide refunds after a scratching. But like I say I don't really understand your question/reference exactly. You can ring customer service 24/7 & they will look into your enquiry & I've yet never been denied a good explanation nor a refund after several years of using Neds to be honest.

Yep hi everyone, Just wanted to ask out there has anyone just had bets disappear from Ned’s. 110% I’ve put on these bets an written them down then when go to check why I hadn’t won a thing after 50+ bets they’ve just disappeared. An my account balance is all over the shop. Also don’t know about Sportsbet hey went to complain about them taking your stake when a horse is scratched an you have put the stake on earlier. Well that blew me away Sportsbet just keep it. I had lost over $200 one weekend an when you go to put a complaint in about it? The website just says no incoming messages can be left!!! That’s the gaming license people in Darwin who are there to make sure everything’s compliant . What a joke the Tab is the only site that hasn’t full ripped me both Ned’s an Sportsbet Ladbrokes beteasy all of them Dodgy az F@#¥ !! Do yourself a favourite an only use TABs… Us punters should get together an put in a class action… or if there’s one going where do I sign-up. I know Sportsbet just had to payout millions for being dodgy. I’m saying that’s just the tip of the ice-berg. Peoples???

I've had similar circumstances in regards to account balances being inaccurate on occasion, plus bets not being present after what I thought were lodged but realised after speaking to I.T. that both were due poor reception issues. I.T. raised a ticket & customer services explained well what had happened & I was even given Bonus Bets for my trouble/confusion. Since then I take a screenshot of bets laid if I am concerned or repeat issues.
