Was good until stopped working completley after warrenty expired – We were happy with the oven up until it stopped working completely due to error E846. This is to do with the pump for the steam option in the oven. What is really frustrating is that the error related to seam function makes the whole unit unusable. All other functions that do not need steam are blocked too. The only thing you get is E846 displayed and you can't use your $3800 oven. When researched the issue online it turns out it happens quite often with Neff steam ovens and just like in our case very often it is soon after the warranty expires. This is very disappointing for a unit that cost a lot of money. Some users say this is a design fault. This makes us rethink the brand we want to choose for our new house. We were planning to buy two Neff ovens but now I am less keen to do that taken the issue we have with Neff oven at the moment, which we can't use at all. We are yet to call the Neff service but after reading comments how bad they are I am not looking forward to this. If not for this issue I'd say the oven is really good. It is not easy to clean but cooks very well. We also loved the slide&hide option.
